I came for their lunch buffet which I was $9.99 or $12.99 if you ordered a drink. I was immediately greeted by the staff. The value is great and the pizzas were good. The staff and costumer service are so friendly and nice. They even ask you if you have any requests for pizzas to bring out and occasionally walk around and see if you need anything. The location is also very clean. The costumer service is exemplary and I couldn't be more happier. read more

The family likes the pizza from Mountain Mike's place. They are generous with their portions and got their name as Moutain Mikes for adding a moutain of toppings. On this occasion we ordered online for pickup: One large Chicken Club from their specialty pizza menu (diced tomatoes, bacon. and green onions) $36; one with Pepperoni only (that's the favorite of my Nieces and Nephews) $28. For a limited time, they are making heart-shaped pizzas (photo included). It was cute and they ate it so quickly, I should have ordered two of this one. If you prefer to dine in, there is ample seating. It looks like a good place for team treats after a game, a Banquet Room for private parties and Fundraisers. There's a big screen TV for watching sports too. The pizzas come in 5 sizes: Mini 6", Small 10", Medium 12", Large 24", and Mountain 20" There's something for everyone, including salads, chicken wings, sandwiches, and garlic bread. Felt like having pizza tonight and decided on this place. The pizza was good, nice and hot. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star is because the service was actually pretty bad and we were the only people there for the first 20 minutes. It was very quiet but that was no big deal. It's surprising the staff pays little to no attention to patrons, especially when there are hardly any in there. Kids games (there's only two for prizes) are $1.00 a game and the stuffed animals are packed in super tight so you really can't win. Lastly, the place is clean and well maintained. read more

This place has amazing service and great pizza! My mom and I came in to order the Maui waui pizza about a month ago. Unfortunately, the Pizza we wanted was no longer on the menu due to it being seasonal. However, the manager and staff went out of their way to recreate the pizza as best they could. Parking The parking was a bit tight, but it's in a large plaza so it wasn't too bad. Service The worker that was helping me was super helpful and quick on taking my order as soon as I came in. Food The pizza was fresh and had lots of pepperoni. The taste was on the slightly salty side and the dough itself was on the heavier side but definitely would get again. It's getting near impossible to find good pizza near Eastvale. We moved here 3 years ago and tried this place - it was ok, but nothing impressive so we kept looking. We tried it again last night and will not go back for a third chance. Ordered online for carry-out and should have done some geometry (my fault) when the pizza said it had 12 slices; they are roughly the size of 2 average fingers. We did one classic pepperoni and one custom chicken pizza - both mediums (12 inches). The crust - hard, dry, and chalky The sauce - next to zero sauce on either pizza (see pics below). The small amount that was on the pizza was pasty and had no evident seasoning at all. The cheese - we ordered extra cheese on the custom pie, yet both pies had the same amount of very little cheese. Advertised as whole milk mozz but didn't get the sweet buttery-ness whole milk mozz is known for; felt and tasted more like part-skim milk string cheese. Service - stoic and bland like the pies. Ambiance - the place is quiet, dreary, and boring, like the pizza. Price - wasn't sticker shocked as we knew what we ordered and how much it costs - very expensive pizza, but was aware and hoped it would live up to the price - absolutely did not. $69 for 2 abysmally small and equally terrible pizzas. Would not have been good at half the price. No exaggerations here - this is trash pizza at fine art prices. read more

Wow! I always knew MM was delicious! I normally just get pepperoni. That alone is so yummy! Distinct flavor compared to others. But wow! Their Nashville Hot N' Swicy Pizza was sooooo gooood! Spicy but tolerable and still very flavorful without being too spicy that you can't enjoy it! The owners and staff were amazingly kind! I loved that one of the staff members came up to us and asked us how the music sounded to know if it was too loud or too low. I appreciated that he wanted to make sure everyone was comfortable! The man who took our order reassured us that the pizza was not going to be unbearably spicy. Glad he did. Then a woman came and asked how the pizza was and conversed a bit with us and she was so very kind and gave us extra ranch, noting and apologizing that they were supposed to give us more than we were given. It wasn't a problem but the fact that she took the time to acknowledge that shows how amazing their customer service and attention to details are. I ordered a large pizza and 12 wings and they were both prepared in less than 15 minutes even with a packed restaurant inside and a few workers on the clock. The inside of the restaurant was also well decorated and was relatively clean (only because of the amount of people inside). Got me my free reward through the app. You get a free 1 topping mini pizza the day after the Angels win in a shutout. This is my nearby home location and they are awesome! I showed up around closing time cause I was nearby another location that didn't accept my reward. I called and told them the situation. They not only made the pizza for me but waited til I arrived. The guy working there was very friendly and told me that every location is a different owner but this locations owner is big on customer service. The Angels rewards thing, your able to redeem here in person and not only just in the app. The other location (Corona) I was told app only in which u have to buy something to redeem. The app will not allow u to order on its own. I highly recommend this location! The have a nice dinning room area with a little open area for a group. I called the Norco location they knew exactly who I was talking about because I assume she's a problem I asked who would her superior be and told me I had to write an email instead of talking to someone I assume no one would listen to complaints about her so I'm writing a review instead . Beware when you send your kids here it's a lions den with no accountability.

Came in to pick up my order that I placed over the phone with a wonderful woman from their call center and when I was waiting at the register a woman with a ponytail totally dismissed me and didn't even ask if i needed help so i waited there for another minute or so and a young lady with pigtails came out and helped me, she was very patient and easy to talk to as she asked me how my day was. Other than that interaction my visit was terrible and my order was placed to be picked up at a specific time but it seems like they just put the food in the oven and leave it out until it gets picked up because my food was STALE. I didn't think it was a possible for a pizza to curl up but mine looked like it had shrunk because it had been left out too long. Long story short, never eating here again!!! read more

Mountain Mike's absolutely knocked it out of the park! The pizza was loaded with flavor from the very first bite. Their small, crispy pepperonis are hands-down my favorite part--they curl up perfectly and add that amazing crunchy, savory bite that makes every slice irresistible. I also appreciate that they don't overload the pizza with crust, so you get more of the good stuff in every bite. They accidentally forgot the breadsticks in my order, but honestly, the pizza was so delicious and satisfying that I didn't even care. The quality and flavor more than made up for it. Placed an order for delivery and received it an hour and a half later and to my surprise it wasn't by a worker at mountain mikes, it was a random door dasher. I'm confused to as why they would say that THEY deliver when they have 3rd party services deliver food to their customers, no surprise to why i had to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF. Im utterly disappointed in this establishment, a couple months ago i would eat there with my family and the employees actually looked happy to work there and now they look absolutely miserable probably has to do with the fact that it is super hot in there. I feel terribly bad for the employees for working in those hot conditions. -0/10 experience read more

Came in earlier today with my family to try the all you can eat buffet and was extremely upset to discover that I paid 17 dollars for the most disgusting pizza I have ever eaten. I think cardboard might have had more flavor than the old pizza that they left out for people to buy. When I used to come here there would be fresh pizzas all the time but I heard there was new management so I'm sure that they don't care about this place anymore. Service was bad asked the older woman working the register if I can get a new pizza and was told to finish eating the old pizza??!! Mountain Mike's has been my go to since i was a kid and lived up north. They opened this place recently and its very close to my apartment(Another reason to love mountain mikes haha).
