We had a really frustrating experience here. My 3-year-old daughter won the 1,000 ticket jackpot on the spinning wheel game, but the machine didn't dispense any tickets. We stayed at the machine and got an employee, who confirmed he saw it on 1,000 and went to get the manager. By the time the manager (old man) came over, the screen had reset. Even though the employee and other customers nearby saw what happened, the manager refused to honor the win and said there was nothing he could do. He offered just four tokens to try again, which felt dismissive and unfair. On top of that, several of the games were broken. We understand machines malfunction, but how situations are handled matters--and this was not handled well, especially for a small child. Really disappointing experience. read more

Came here for a Saturday lunch with a group of friends. And this place was packed!! A whole bunch of different kids sports teams were here. So needless to say it was loud and chaotic. Our table was right at the entrance to the kids area, so lots of kids and adults moving in and out of the area. Also the line was super long to order our food. It was out the first set of double doors. Customers here are somewhat rude. Cutting in front of you and things. A great showing for your children guys. There's really no order to who gets to order next. There were 3 employees taking orders at the long counter. We got passed around every which way with people cutting in front of us and such. It was pure chaos. We ordered a Brooklyn pizza which was evidently a cheese pizza. Should've read the description better. As well as a chicken Alfredo pasta. Food does come out quickly considering how busy they were. I think it took longer to order our food then for the food to come out. Being how loud it was you gotta really listen for your order number. Pizza being a cheese pizza only was actually pretty good. Good flavors. Thin crust. Wasn't super oily. Held together nicely. Good crunch. And the pasta was really good. Thick Alfredo sauce. Very creamy. Chicken was tender and juicy. It was really really good. This place is definitely a kid focused place. With the arcade and the games and the tickets and the prizes. Reminds me of a less run down pizza/Italian version of a Chuck E. Cheese. This place was our go-to for 'good pizza'. You know, something better than a national franchise pizza, not authentic Italian. Hearty, tasty, mom-n-pop pizza! It's always been expensive. But it used to be worth it. We don't order often, honestly a couple of times a year, but the last two times have been bad. Very, very disappointing with under cooked crusts - bordering on raw - definitely doughy, and sad low quality toppings. The broasted chicken also used to be amazing. And to be fair it's still tasty, but it's now TINY. i didn't know such small pieces of whole chicken were a thing. Looks more like broasted pigeon now. Long story short, not ordering from here again. Came here on Valentine's Day with my husband. We felt bad dining in an hour before closing, and apologized for being an inconvenience but unfortunately we couldn't have came in earlier. The staff made sure we felt welcomed no matter the time and didn't try rushing us out or anything which we greatly appreciated. It was slow while we were there so one of the workers (Dylan) went above and beyond to give us great customer service and brought the pizza to our table. Our pizza was delicious and it was awesome they offered it in aheart shape to make the night just a little more special. In the 80's I lived in Rosamond and they had a Graziano's in Mojave. I mentioned that location and the manager said he knew that owner of that location from the 80's! Amazing! I found this Italian restaurant on my way to Ontario Mills. A great stop if you're craving for pizza and spaghetti. It's a huge restaurant, which I think is best for gatherings and birthday parties since they have arcade machines available. Their salad is very fresh! I have been going to this Graziano's in Fontana on Cherry and Baseline for years since I moved here, but today I was really upset after paying $ 52.00 plus tip for an online order for a family lasagna. When I got home and opened it up ready for something amazing, I was so very disappointed it had little cheese on top, not a lot of pasta, no layers to it at all, and was full of sauce. I could not believe they let that go out knowing that was like that. I was too angry to take it back, but I will say I will never pay that kind of money for such a crappy meal. Omg I absolutely loved this place! They have a large variety of food, they are so spacious I came with about 17 people and there was still a lot of space left over. The food was all good I didn't have a complaint about one thing. Everything was fresh, pizza was cheesy, crust was perfect, wings tasted good full of flavor, pasta was very good, salad was fresh, cheesy bread was good, and the dessert was perfect. They have a game area where you can win tickets and prizes the games looked fun and the prize area was small but still had good selection of prizes. We came here with a big group of people and thought the service and food quality was so good! We ordered the everything pizza without olives, pineapples, and mushrooms. We also added jalapeños on half of the pizza and I let me tell you!!! That was fiiiirreeeeee!!!! Soooo good! 100% recommend it! At first we were a little skeptical with the everything on there but we were so happy we went with it! We also got the garlic knots and WOW!!!! I could of eaten the whole thing!
