Blaze pizza is awesome and delicious!!! The dough is made fresh in house, and the pizza are made and baked right in front of you. You first place your order, then they flatten the dough using a dough roller, then depending on your choice of pizza, the employees put the toppings on and bake in a flame pizza oven and ready in just a few minutes, then garnished. They have 9 11-inch pizzas to choose from, and they have a build-your-own option as well. They have large pizzas too, offering the same toppings. They offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and deals. Blaze pizza have four locations in Edmonton and one in Sherwood Park. You can find them in Calgary, Red Deer and Lethbridge - and BC and other locations in the northwest USA. A great place to get pizza!!

I like the franchise. They are all good. This one was a little bigger than the one in the south. I tried the "veg out" for the first time and it was delicious!

A pizza lovers dream... If you love thin crust. I went around 11:30am and it was the perfect timing. I got my pizza in less than 10 minutes with everything I wanted because the toppings were unlimited toppings. If you love a saucy pizza, I would recommend asking the pizza maker to add more sauce at the end. You won't regret it This pizza definitely hit the spot nothing beats a piping fresh pizza.

Blaze recently opened their second location in the growing Brewery District, which gave me the perfect excuse to stop by. Basically like Subway but pizza style, you're essentially building and molding your perfect pizza right in front of your eyes, they also have a few signatures and basics to order if you're not too keen on being adventurous. Offering fresh quality ingredients and pushing for that fast fire'd pie - Blaze is by far my new favorite spot to hit up for pizza now. You can't go wrong for a hefty sized pizza for $12 with the added bonus of being able to look at them cook everything right in front of you. Both of us opted to stick with their signatures this visit, White Top - ($11.65) - 5/5 - White cream sauce topped with mozzarella, bacon, garlic, oregano and arugula. You have the option for each pizza at the end to add any addition toppers; didn't need any on mine. Sprinkled an excessive amount of crushed red pepper flakes onto my pie and it was deeeeeelish. The crust is honestly my favorite, you get the perfect balance of chewiness with the satisfactory crisp with each bite. Link In - ($11.65) - 5/5 - Loaded with bits of italian sausage, red pepper, onions and mozzarella with the standard red sauce - I didn't get to try this before bae drenched it in parmesan - but from what I tasted, the slice was really good. The meaty bites of italian sausage had a good amount of heat! S'mores - ($3) - 5/5 - I had my dessert before the pizza. I couldn't help it, I saw it heating beside the fire and imagined how gooey and perfect the marshmallow would be and I was totally right. Brought out my inner child and coated my mouth with mess of a mixture of chocolate and marshmallow. Order this, and eat this while you wait for your pizza - you're welcome. Drinks! Specifically the lemonade - ($2.15) There were four different flavors to choose from and I tried all of them. Favorite was the hot pink colored one. (no, not just because of the color) The drinks are "serve yourself" kind of a deal which means.. unlimited refills!

I'm not a fan on pizza chain. But this place is quite good for a quick pizza place which provides decent thin crusts. I hate thick pizza crusts which I feel eating dough so much instead tasting the toppings. The only miss is they don't have anchovies for topping's choice. My boyfriend and I love anchovies. We both enjoy them on pizza. Other than that, this place is a good one.

This place was recommended to me by another Yelper, and so of course I gave it a try. I have been on a quest to find the best pizza in the downtown area and this was the sixth place I checked out. It's a small place in the mall near Loblaw's and I'd passed it many times before without going inside. It's bigger inside than I had expected, with a reasonable amount of seating. You order a pizza with a number of toppings and then choose which ones you want, and the pizza is then cooked while you wait. The default is thin crust but they have a thick crust option as well for extra $, and they do have gluten friendly crust option too. Due to cross-contamination though it does not sound safe for full Celiacs however. I ordered pepperoni and mushroom with a red sauce and the standard thin crust and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. It's about 10 inches in diameter, so you could eat the whole thing if you're hungry or save some leftovers if you're not. The crust was thin but not limp, the sauce was very tasty, and the toppings were as generous as you want to ask them to add. The price is also extremely reasonable. Of the seven pizza places I've tried downtown so far I would say this is my favourite and I will definitely be back!

"Art Lovers" artichoke, mozzarella, ricotta, chopped garlic, red sauce. EXTRAS: Chicken, Parmesan, hot peppers, and a balsamic drizzle.

Blaze Pizza serves fast pizza of the "thin foldy crust" variety. As promised, the pizza is made to order and cooks up pretty quick indeed. No complaints. I ordered the "Art Lovers", which is topped with artichokes, mozzarella, ricotta, chopped garlic, and red sauce "dollops". I asked for the sauce on the bottom, and added chicken, Parmesan cheese, hot peppers, and a balsamic drizzle. I wasn't ecstatic about the balsamic drizzle, but I suspect that's more of a personal taste. The staff are relaxed yet efficient, helpful, and are quick to ask follow-up questions to ensure I got what I was expecting. I like it. I'll be back.

Okay, I have mixed feelings! I love the concept of fast pizza with relatively healthy toppings. I've been to another Blaze location and fell in love with the green stripe pizza. This Blaze is located close to my work, so I came in to grab lunch the other day. The staff were friendly and wonderful, and the place smelled amazing. I don't know if it's just me, but I found the menu a little tough to navigate. I ended up just ordering the green stripe again. Blaze let's you add unlimited toppings of your choice, which is so amazing! But here comes the part that causes my mixed feelings. I am a huge fan of pineapple on my pizza (judge me if you must!) I was about to tell the staff member to throw a bunch of pineapple on my pizza, but I noticed there seemed to be something black all over the top of the pineapple. I don't want to throw the m word out here willy nilly, but it sure as heck looked like mould. The staff member then scooped a handful of the bad pineapple away, and proceeded to make the rest of my pizza with the same gloves. It is definitely my bad for not asking her to change her gloves, but alas, I did not, and felt put off about my pizza afterward. I ate it though- hoping the oven would have killed any potential germs, but I think that kind of did it for me.

I heard about this place a little while ago and finally was able to give this place a try last week. I got there at about 7:30 pm and the place was not too busy at all. What a cool concept to let each person build their own pizza. You get to pick the crust and the sauce. I asked for red sauce and half pesto sauce and they didn't skimp on the sauce. Then the fun begins. You can pile on as much toppings or as little toppings as you like and they have a good selection to choose from. It's great for families as the kids can pick want on the pizza. It takes about 5 mins to bake in their open fire ovens. Then if you like you can top off the pizza with arugula and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. I opted for both and viola, a masterpiece to feast on. You can't get much better than this. The ingredients are fresh and final product taste delicious. I definitely will be back.

Fab quality, taste and variety you would expect from Blaze. This new location handled their grand opening free pizza day like a well oiled machine... We even found a place to seat all 5 of us. I'm so excited that this location is super convenient for me. If you are not already familiar with Blaze, let me break it down for you: choice choice choice... Value value value!!!! Also, get the app for free stuff. And the fountain drinks are fantastic and worth the price for those of us who don't do pop.

This is by far the best pizza place in town. Who doesn't like a build your own pizza with no limitations on the topics?! I love getting my subs fully loaded, so why not pizza too! They have a Blaze phone app too which allows you to place your order and not have to wait in line. Even though - the line ups usually aren't that long anyway. Plus, you can score some serious points. I know I love a good loyalty program when I see one. They've got a good a set up in place with enough people working to speed it up. I always opt for the gluten free crust, and no cheese. But, I load it up with as much meat as I can! I love my garlic too, and they offer roasted garlic and chopped up garlic. You can also top your pizza up with drizzles of sauce after it's cooked. They also have bottom less lemonade available! So tasty to have! They've got a couple locations in town which help if you're ever craving them!

Slow service. Not a lot of people working the lunch rush. Also very disorganized. They lost my salad, gave the Skip the Dishes driver his food ahead of mine when it was ordered after. The actual pizza was light in toppings and the bottom was ashy. Go to Love Pizza instead. I don't understand why this place has such good ratings!

make your own Pizza... Deliciousness :)

This is a great location! I went with friends and we decided on creating our own pizzas. So basically we had a great selection of crust, sauce, meat, veggies, spices and cheese to choose from. (They offer gluten free option) Result = SO TASTY!!!! The customer service was great! One lady left by accident with one of our pizza and the staff apologized right away. They recreated it and also offered a FREE COUPON for our next visit.

I was pretty satisfied with how spot on the taste was and it made me feel like I was eating a Christmas meal. My partner enjoyed his Original 1762 roast beef sandwich. Both sandwiches were flavourful and warm. They give you an option to choose between whole wheat and white bread. We got the combo so it came with soup and a soft drink as well. They gave us an empty cup for the soft drinks and it was self serve at the counter. The chicken noodle soup was well made also. Overall I definitely recommend checking this place out if you haven't. Beside each oil and vinegar, there are suggestions of what foods are best paired with these. I also find that the staff are usually available to help you find what you're looking for. Another plus is that they have different sizes of bottles to choose from. If you're trying out a new flavour you can buy the smallest size. We had a choice of two types of noodles to select from or rice. Finally he asks what kind of sauce and whether or not you want cheese on top; the cheese is an add on. We also ordered a bowl of Wicked Thai Soup. I was impressed that he put the soup into a pot to heat it up rather than just scooping it directly from the soup pot. This ensured that it was hot . Fritters themselves were very tasty and the ricotta filling was very nice but it gets hidden when eaten with the potent tomato sauce. Broccolini: 9/10, good, good flavor, cooked well just not sure they are worth the price for what you get. Risotto: 6/10, my uncle gave it a 8/10 as he liked it. To me it was pretty bland, could be that the carrot flavor isn't my thing, but just found it underwhelming and lacking flavor (maybe needs more salt too) Texture was very good though. Colcannon Gnocchi: 12/10. This dish was soooo good. Loved the mushroom cream sauce, sour cream, GIANT bacon jam blobs, gnocchi itself had good texture. But combined the flavors were phenomenal. 100% recommend this dish. Unfortunately Amberjack was not available. Herb Marinated Chicken Thighs: Chicken was 9/10 good, good flavor and texture but Brussel sprouts were bad like no one would eat them bad. Undercooked and under seasoned.
