I love coming here with my toddler in the afternoon (before 5) because the service is fast and friendly. The workers always greet us with a warm smile. Ingredients are consistently fresh, and the restaurant is clean and spacious. They also serve salads and have many drink options. This Blaze Pizza has both indoor and outdoor seating. Bonus: High chairs are available. Their gluten-free crust is one of the best I've tried so far. I usually build my own pizza with multiple veggies, plus a ranch/bbq drizzle on top, and it tastes delicious! All my toddler wants is her cheesy bread. The olive oil is a plus. The employee was very helpful in making my pizza. All of their ingredients taste great and fresh. The pizza I ended up making was exactly what I was looking for at the time and came out quick and baked to perfection. The restaurant was a typical frenchise place. Industrial interior but serves for a quick bite to eat. I realize that thinking it was just another mid slop bowl as a pizza shop was a mistake. Edited 2/17/25: The owner of this location had tried to respond to me via Blaze's customer service system, but I never received his replies. However, we eventually connected via phone and he could not have been nicer and more apologetic. He invited me back for a replacement meal, which I accepted, and I went by this weekend. It was a much better experience from start to finish-- the staff were friendly and the food was excellent and properly prepared. I was quite excited they opened this location so close to my house. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my first experience here. When we arrived we were happy to see a good number of employees behind the counter available to serve customers. Sadly, most of them were working on fulfilling phone orders. They had what appeared to be one person helping in-store customers. It was complete chaos. They were totally disorganized. We were standing in line for a good 20 mins watching all the employees make the phone/online orders before they even knowledged our presence. When we finally ordered, the pizza making was totally inconsistent. My friend and I both ordered, among other things, mozzarella cheese. One pizza had a good amount of cheese, the other one had half the amount put on it. I also ordered pepperoni. Pay attention when they are putting it on because my pizza barely had any pepperoni on it. I had to ask multiple times for extra salad dressing. They initially forgot to give us our cheesy bread. The pizza tasted good but the service here is below par. They really need better management. read more

She offered friendly service when it comes to recent Blaze updates in the app. Cas was so kind to add drizzles to my pizza, give me a half-box for leftovers, and even offered suggestions for what drizzle combos could work best with my pizza of choice. Do NOT go to this location during peak hours!!! It took over an hour to receive two out of the three pizzas!!! Here's the story: The first pizza (regular cheese Pizza) was burned and so after they remade it, it was just sitting there until we realized it was ours and they gave it to us lukewarm!! Ugh The second pizza was ordered with croutons and the worker wasn't sure if they should be put on there before the oven. Welp, we found out that they BURN in the oven!!! They gave us a handful of non-burned croutons on the side to make up for it. Another ugh. We cancelled the third pizza after it came out completely burned and they wanted to remake it. By this time, the line was ridiculously long and they knew how backed up they were that they were just trying to make everyone's orders as quickly as possible. (They burned a handful of pizzas before and after our order.) We cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They said they don't give refunds but gave us a coupon for a free pizza. I gave it two stars because the pizza was still good (well, the non-burned parts anyway), and we will give this location a try again during a non busy time. read more
