You can clearly see he's ignorant by that type of response , a more professional response would've been an apology and an offering to make things right. I had pizza from here before and really enjoyed it, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. The customer service was terrible. The owner seemed far more interested in staring at the computer than acknowledging or assisting customers. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. There was no warm greeting, no attentiveness, and no effort to provide good service. To make matters worse, the pizza wasn't nearly as good as I remembered. Between the decline in food quality and the poor customer service, this experience fell far below expectations. There are too many restaurants that value their customers for me to spend my money somewhere that clearly doesn't. This has become one of my favorite pizza spots in the valley. If you have a family or just having a party where you need a lot of pizza come here and get the King Kong pizza. This pizza is ridiculously huge but doesn't lack in any flavor. I got this pizza to share with my roommates and we killed it every time. Our favorite combination is pepperoni, pineapple and sausage but you can get whatever you want. So, since I am a member of Devonshire Div LAPD- S.O.L.I.D., I asked Adam(again) if he would want give a gift cert again as a door prize for the Pancake Breakfast this Saturday the 26th of April at 8 AM-11 AM (Hint hint again! COME!!) He said he'll have a cert ready for me I can pick up on Wednesday! Right after I got off work, Adam had customers; but, took their order and got the cert ready for me! The owner I think his name was ADAMMMM was theeeee absolute sweetest man ever! There are still small business owners in this economy that look out for their customers. I had my food in store and loved chatting it up with him and enjoy the opportunity to chat with such a well rounded human the food was soooo good especially the special I ordered that was two healthy slices of pepperoni pizza and a drink and I got a side salad in addition to the special. The taste here was authentic and the prices very fair. Small seating area, but the Mgr., Alex was very accommodating, gracious and has a great personality. They deliver. Guidos has improved greatly since Alex bought it two years ago. When near Winnetka give this place a try. There is also a complete menu of main dishes and sandwiches. I got to meet the owner Adam when I went in this evening to order. I love how he is in love with his business. He is very friendly. You can seat down to eat also. I spent 37 for fresh made pizza is a great price. I order wings 9 piece and pizza with toppings of my choice pepperoni and sausage with black olives. The pizza is so good I could even taste the flavor in the dough. The ranch amazing. I'm not even a big ranch person either. The wings were cooked to perfectly they were a little crispy which I love on buffalo wings. I don't like wings drowning in Buffalo sauce. I most definitely order from here again. read more
