Pepperoni Melt was absolutely delicious. It was my first time trying this place and I loved it. I love how easy it was to order online and the delivery was quicker than expected. I was told it would be a 40 minute delivery service and it turned into a 20 minute one. That was truly amazing and the pizza tasted as if it had just gotten out of the oven. I will definitely be ordering from here the next time I am in the valley. Everyone should try the pepperoni melt since it is a unique taste and experience. read more

1 star - If I could give zero, I would. I was recommended this place by a friend, and I seriously regret trying it. We ordered a half ham & pineapple, half cheese pizza for delivery. When it arrived, it was terrible. Completely bland, with no sauce on half the pizza and dough that tasted like it hadn't even been seasoned. Just dry and flavorless. The best part of the entire experience was the delivery driver, who was polite and professional. Literally the only positive out of the experience. I called to speak with the manager. Not to be rude but to give honest feedback. The moment we mentioned the lack of flavor, he got instantly defensive, as if we insulted a secret family recipe. He claimed he made "100 pizzas from that same dough" and hadn't heard complaints, so apparently our experience didn't count. That's not how customer service works. We were offered 25% off our next order (as if we would order again), and when we declined, he got annoyed and told us the only other option was to bring the pizza back in person to get a replacement. So now we're going out of our way after paying for delivery just to get edible food? We went in and were met with more defensiveness. The manager (with a pony tail and standing at about 5'11" with a silver wedding band) said he's "been in hospitality for years" but frankly showed zero hospitality. He did have the team remake the pizza with what we thought could possibly make it edible (since we were not going to get a refund) so we went with half cheese and half pepperoni with extra sauce. And just when I thought it couldn't get worse, we got home and tried the pizza again just to find a piece of aluminum embedded in the pizza. Yes, metal in the food. I attached a photo because this was beyond disappointing as well as a serious safety issue. That alone should be a good enough reason to get a refund because what is the justification for that? In a customer facing role, the establishment should always (1) Acknowledge (2) Apologize (3) Act. This manager showed no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. If you needed a sign to order here, use our experience not to. Flavorless food, unprofessional management, and a complete disregard for customer feedback or food safety. Wanted to shout out Marcos . My partner and I like to try random spots all the time. We ordered the deluxe pizza , wings , and cinnamon frosted desert . Omg . Delicious Pizza is sort of like a deep dish but not it was sooooo good. The wings could've been a bit more crispier but the flavor was really good . Ranch was really good The desert was my favorite . Came in 45mn before closing due to wrong hours on yelp!. Says they closed at 11pm. They still were so nice and attentive to my daughter and I. The place looked very kept up. Kitchen looked nice and clean. We ordered and waited. Staff was very friendly even offered us some wings on the house. Gotta say when we got home the pies tasted really good. Dough had great flavor and ingredients tasted really fresh. I usuallyngo.to the one in West hill which is closer to my home but with the service and the way the made our pies we will definitely be back. Reccomend this location for all your pizza fixes!!!. The pizzas here are really good IF you eat them there or perhaps if you pick them up yourself. Lately they have been using Door Dash for delivery and both of these times the pizza has arrived cold (they don't put the pizza in a pizza delivery bag to keep it hot). Very disappointing that this is the case. I called the store after the first time that this happened and they told me that them using Door Dash was a "one-time deal, since their delivery driver was out, and also that they had run out of delivery bags to give them." But here we are a few weeks later and it's the exact same situation. Bummer because now if I want pizza delivered, they have forced me to order elsewhere. read more

Jason thank you!! Been looking for a great pizza place for a while now and we came across Marcos Pizza in the same parking lot as are our new dry cleaners. We were greeted by a friendly young girl at the front, and Jason. We ordered a large pizza, half pepperoni, and the other half mushroom and olives. We really like the pizza dough it was very tasty. It could've had a little bit more toppings on the olive and mushroom side. I will ask for that next time. We also wanted to try the new cauliflower pizza just got a cheese one and it was very good. Can't wait to try it with all veggies on top. They also have a few choices of beer on tap. We had plenty of leftovers to take home. Pizza was delicious! The Ultimate Magnifico was absolutely packed with flavor and huge pieces of sausage and pepperoni was delicious as well. The crust had the perfect flavor. They advised a large pizza for $8.99. When I tried to order it online, it's 10.99, I called that location and they said that coupon was not valid in California and there's nothing they can do. This is a very bad example of bait & switch. It's $2 so it's not the money. It is, however the principle that no one at that location is willing to honor their ads. read more

After ordering take out/delivery from Marco's Pizza a handful of times, I am more than happy to give them a 5 star review. I love their pizza. I think my favorite may be the pepperoni melt with the garlic herb crust, YUM. I also really enjoy their Greek salad, so flavorful. A couple of times, I've ordered their buffalo wings, too. I like my wings a little more well done/fried, but these were good enough. After trying a few different pizza spots in the area, I'm glad I found Marco's. I ordered a crustless pizza bowl. The bowl was very tasty. I did enjoy it a lot and I did finish it even though it's big enough for two people. I got cheese with extra cheese tomatoes and old world pepperoni. Old world pepperoni is different than the regular one cause it fold up nicely into a crisp. I really like Marcos they are a good pizza company. I had to take away a star cause it was kind of cold which I don't blame them but there was hardly any marinara sauce or extra cheese in my crust less pizza bowl. It has always consistently been tasting the same, which is a good thing to me, because when you try it and love it, you'd only expect to have the same the next time around, which I do! This pizza is a create your own small 6 slice pizza for only $10.99, it's filling along with a canned soda and has never made me feel gross after eating (same cant be said for McDonalds) so all I can say is that if you want a good pizza, come here! Bring us to real time, my Mom gets her hair done in this same shopping center and she was bragging about how great this little pizza place was in the same strip mall. She brought some back with her on a trip I made to LA and low and behold it was very good. Yesterday I was with her and met Shy one of the owners who made a great cheese pizza. This is so much better than any chain pizza place, I think in particular this location is the bomb as these guys are not just mailing in a Pizza Hut or Dominos pizza. I have been wanting to try Marco's Pizza for a while. They have an online deal for medium one-topping pizzas for $5.99/ea so I ordered one in pepperoni and one in pineapple both original crust and both with garlic sauce on the crust. I also tried chicken wings and cinnasqaures. Out of the different food I tried there the wings were my favorite. Great taste and great wing portion. The pizzas were decent, but really nothing tasted different from pizza chains. I was a little disappointed at that. Even with the garlic sauce on the crust, I couldn't taste it at all. Also, original crust is too bready. Next time I'll opt for lite or thin crust and a different crust sauce as well. I highly do not suggest getting the cinnasquares. The bread part of it was okay, but the artificial icing is a no-go. Service was great and the restaurant itself wasn't bad. They do serve beer and have a TV which is great for games. Overall, I'd come back here again for pizza. read more

So here's the deal. I started seeing these commercials for Marcos Pizza on TV but had never seen an actual Marcos Pizza store-- kind of like how I would used to see these Golden Corral Buffet commercials which I just figured was some depressing buffet chain in someplace like Nebraska looking to build some brand recognition before coming to LA. (Apologies if GC is your jam, but a buffet that sounds like a blinged out petting zoo doesn't appeal to me). Anyway, I saw Marcos listed in DoorDash one day and decided to give it a shot because I was getting bored of the usual joints from which we typically ordered. But dude. I have to tell you that this pizza was clutch. I had zero expectations but it turned out to be a legit pie- including the little cornmeal crumbs or whatever it is that they use to facilitate the transfer of the pizza from the peel to the box- like old school. Since then, we've ordered from Marcos a number of times and I, as well as my family, totally dig it. All of our orders have arrived as ordered and very tasty. I also like the pizza bowls that are basically the toppings but without the crust which is good if you are a keto guido type of person or just don't want to totally fill up and/or leave more room for beer instead of dough. Came here for the first time on 6-8-21. The pizza was really good. The dough was so soft I actually ate the crust which I never do. last night was my first night trying Marco's pizza. I ordered for my brother and friend. They had pepperoni and I had cheese. To be completely honest I was not impressed with my cheese pizza. The cheese was overly chewy yet not flavorful and I think there was too much tomato sauce. The pizza got the job done in terms of satiating my hunger but the lack of flavor was frustrating. The boys thought the pizza was ok and one thought it better than pizza hut dominos. I disagree. we did also order a brownie which was excellent and also tasted good the next day coming out of the fridge. read more

Summary: In my opinion Marco's pizza has decent pizza, but not the best in the valley as other yelpers have mentioned! Food: stuck with the traditional crust (don't remember if it was called traditional or classic) and it was good. The toppings were good too but not that much different that dominos (my typical chain pizza go to). I didn't see the need to do a stiff test to have this opinion (yes, somebody posted to smell the toppings to get a sense of the quality of toppings at Marco's... ). Ambiance: I ordered delivery but I've been inside in the past. It's clean inside and it's in a nice little shopping center (CiCi's is in the same shopping center). Parking: lots of parking spots, especially during the pandemic. If for some reason you can't find parking in the front or on Ventura Blvd., the shopping center has tons of parking spots in the back! I'm not sure if Marco's has access from the back to the store (they should), but if they don't, cut through one of the other stores.... secretly . Delivery: after a service charge/delivery fee/tip, I probably spent an extra $12-14 more than picking it up. The delivery was really quick and contactless! Except for the substantial extra cost of delivery on an already somewhat pricey menu, it's a drawback. Cons: they don't honor national Marco's deals! Some of the national deals are really good but for whatever reason, this location doesn't accept the deals..... Summary: too pricey for me to order from them when I can get about the same tasting pizza from local competitors at a more reasonable cost....My opinion.... try it out for yourself! read more
