Flavor was actually pretty good, but the crust was so thin and floppy. Service was quick and friendly however!! Ambiance is a cute small local joint but I took it to go.

I really enjoyed my pepperoni pizza from d'amores. They had a very large menu so I'm excited to go back and try more items. I also just learned they are opened until 2am so perfect for a late night snack. The team was really great too!

Oh my God, it's 2 AM. I am starving and I am dreaming of a piece of bread and garlic. I wake up and drink some water. But I can't go sleep because I'm thinking about the bread and the garlic. Another problem I'm paralyzed so I decided to see what's out there! Oh my God D'Amore's Pizza they have garlic knots and not only do they have garlic knots buy one get one free. No questions asked I ordered. They arrived warm Golden shining like they were brushed with garlic butter by a higher power. Soft in the center crisp on the outside every bite delicious life-changing event. If comfort had a taste, it would be this. I didn't expect at 3 AM on a Thursday to fall in love but these garlic knots had other plans they are insanely good irresistible! Warm, soft buttery garlicky perfection... I I haven't even told you about the marinara sauce! The marinara sauce spot on! No joke! One dip and I literally stopped Mid chew! This is not your average watery lazy straight from the Can nonsense! No, this is proper marinara! It's Rich. It's got depth. It's bold. It's got seasoning. It's got actual flavor! The tomatoes taste like they were grown by someone who actually cares about tomatoes. The garlic, perfect the herb fresh.! It's the kind of sauce that makes you rethink every bat marinara sauce you've had before and there are many bad ones! The true test, you dip a garlic knot in the sauce I am transported back three years to when I was in Italy! This sauce doesn't compliment the food it elevate it! I don't know if this restaurant is Michelin star but these garlic knots are! Brilliant, stunning, a proper masterpiece of the sauce! Don't make a life mistake that you will regret later bring all your family and your friends. Bring all your employees or call and order from D'Amore's Pizza.

I love this place. They are so friendly. I have to admit getting a slice of pizza for under five dollars and in less than five minutes is a dream come true I enjoy sitting here and I can't express how grateful I am for the friendliness of the staff. I had to have two pieces today one pepperoni, and one sausage Both times I didn't wait very long. Both slices were absolutely delicious. A dream come true for a 25 minute lunch break.!

Came here in the night. Saw the reviews saying the pizza is good. It's a solid 4. It taste good and fresh. Not the New York taste that I'm used too. Bur it definitely is good. My son said 7/10. The people that work there are very nice and hospitable.

There are some super super kind people working here. The pizza is thin crust & they sell single, humongous slices. Personally, I loved the Hawaiian even though I'm not usually a fan of thin crust. Would definitely come back to eat inside, it has an old school neighborhood vibe. *It gets really busy since it's right next to a middle school & kids seem to come by after school so keep that in mind.

Right before my hair appointment at Oaselles Salon I got a little hungry and spotted d'Amore's Pizza two doors down. As soon as I walked in I knew I was going to fall in love. D'Amore after all! The aroma and the friendly service got me! A slice of thin cheese please and I sat outside on the little barstool watching the world go by! First bite OMG and you know it's amazing when you shake your head after each bite. Literally! The thin crispy crust was perfect and the sauce was so great too! Cheese stretch...they did this right! Even people walking by said isn't that great pizza?! Yes. Yes. And yes! Friendly customers in there too and we were all praising the D'Amore's Pizza. One lady had mushroom and fresh mozzarella and I'll try that one too soon! Oh and at $3.50 a slice what are you waiting for?!!! Mama Mia I want more! (Seriously one huge slice filled me up but I'm obsessed now)!

The service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had a party of 16, and they accommodated us effortlessly. The ambiance is also worth mentioning. We were seated in the Capri room, which was stunning and made us feel right at home. It was the perfect setting for our celebration! On behalf of my family, I highly recommend this restaurant. The order was ready to go when I arrived. The gentleman at the counter was polite and cordial. For my salad choice, I went with the Caesar. Basic Caesar, it wasn't bad. Lettuce was fresh, croutons were crisp and the dressing was tasty. My side order was Italian Broccoli Romano. I didn't realize the broccoli came with red pepper flakes. It wasn't overly spicy. But the little hit of heat was pleasantly surprising. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The creamy, pesto sauce was amazing! I wish I had more of it! Unfortunately, during the commute, my dinner tipped on its side and the sauce from the bottom of the to go container leaked into the bag. Luckily, the sauce that was on the filet was still in place. The cherry tomatoes that it's served with were ripe and lightly blistered. Last, but certainly not least, was the cannoli that I ordered for dessert. Even after the ride to work and the wait for dinner, the shells were nice and crispy. The ricotta cream filling was perfectly sweet. The perfect end to a delicious meal!

The ambiance is absolutely wonderful -- perfect vibe for a date or small, intimate gathering. Dark-ish lighting, but lit enough to see everything without trouble (for my not-so-great eyes, at least). Our server was super attentive and considerate of our conversations while making sure that we were served promptly. A really great experience from start to finish! The menu was great. All pasta besides the penne is made in house, and it's absolutely DELICIOUS. We shared the burrata caprese, which was great, but a slightly small portion. I ordered the rigatoni with vodka sauce, and it was absolutely fantastic. Perfect portion size, amazing texture for the sauce and noodles, and I was blown away by the sauce. My spouse ordered the cacio e pepe, and it was excellent--I must admit that I stole a few of her noodles and dipped them in the little puddles of vodka I still had left on my plate after I devoured my pasta. For dessert, we shared a tiramisu, and it was stellar. Perfect balance, textures, and flavors. This was my favorite Italian restaurant experience I've had in LA so far. I cannot wait to return!

We recently celebrated a friend's birthday at Adagio in Woodland Hills and unfortunately left with…read morevery mixed feelings. To start with the positives -- the atmosphere is pleasant overall. It's a smaller restaurant with tightly spaced tables and an older crowd, but the interior is nice enough, even if not particularly memorable. We were seated promptly as our group arrived, which we appreciated. The appetizers were actually very good: the mushroom crostini and the Italian potato balls in arrabbiata sauce (not sure of the exact name) were flavorful and a great start. Later, the Caesar salad was also quite good, slightly tangy but enjoyable. Of the entrees, the Chicken Adagio stood out as the best dish -- well cooked with a nice lemon flavor. Dessert ended on a high note too: both the tiramisu and mocha cake were delicious. Unfortunately, the service experience overshadowed the food. Early in the meal, one adult in our party accidentally spilled a glass of wine that soaked the table. The owner/manager immediately reacted loudly with profanity ("F**k, just what I needed"), and instead of helping, walked around the table repeatedly complaining. No staff member offered napkins, assistance, or even basic concern -- despite one guest having wine spilled on them. After several minutes, we had to ask for a new tablecloth ourselves and even began clearing the table to help. The owner made additional rude comments about not being able to drink without spilling. When the busboy finally came, he replaced the tablecloth but did so angrily and literally tossed new plates onto the table. There was still no offer to replace the spilled wine, no replacement drinks, and no effort to make the situation right. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially since we were trying not to escalate things during a birthday celebration. For the remainder of the evening, the owner sat behind the bar staring over at the table, which made things even more awkward. At the very end of the meal he briefly apologized, but it felt half-hearted and far too late after the earlier behavior. The rest of the food was decent but inconsistent -- the penne arrabbiata was tasty though the pasta was overcooked, the chicken dish with it was also slightly overdone, and the bolognese was okay but not memorable. Overall, while some of the food was enjoyable, the hostile and unprofessional response to a simple accident made this an experience none of us want to repeat. Dining at a nicer restaurant should feel welcoming and relaxed, not uncomfortable or adversarial. Sadly, all seven of us agreed we wouldn't return.
