The interior is dark and fairly small. The food was okay but not the best I've ever had at a Slim's. There was a long wait for a few of our meals. The cranberry lemonade machine was empty the entire time even though the seasonal drink was still being advertised. The place was decent but not super clean. How long do I have to wait for my partial refund? I ordered the southern style family meal that includes a gallon of tea. I ordered online, paid online, and picked up at crowded curbside. They do not socially distance the vehicles with open windows. The delivery person brought my order to me. I checked my order and asked her where my gallon of tea was. She told me it did not come with a gallon of tea. I asked her to look at the receipt. She said she did not have a receipt. I asked one more time and she said "no". I did not want to argue so I gave up and went home. I noticed I had an e-receipt in my email. It very clearly indicated it comes with a gallon of tea. I called the restaurant and told the person I was shorted a gallon of tea. She told me I could come back in and get it. I told her I was already home and preferred not to drive all the way back. I asked her for a partial credit and she said she will take care of it. She must have immediately self-quarantined before the credit never showed up on my account. On more than one occasion I have ordered a large half sweet half unsweet tea, paid for it, and then was told after my food was given to me that they do not have unsweet tea or tea at all. If you do not have tea or a specific drink made then you need to have a sign on the drive through window that says you are out. There is so much more I could say, but there is not enough room in this review to list the amount of times my order has been wrong or they've failed to give me napkins or a straw. Without fail I have to get out and go inside to get my order fixed after going through the drive through. Do not go to this slims! I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point it is doing them a disservice not to report the horrible service that is displayed at this slims. We ordered via Uber Eats to our hotel because we have a trailer attached to our vehicle, 3 kids and 2 dogs all along for the ride. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles and had no butter or syrup. I ordered the 8 wing meal with fried pickles. It was supposed to come with 2 dipping sauces for the chicken; I ordered Korean BBQ and Sriracha Garlic - neither came. So I ate some sauceless wings. I had fried pickles for the side which were supposed to come with ranch but that was also missing. The fried pickles were so salty that the ranch would have hopefully cut the saltiness, however it wasn't there so I'll never know. Our large order of Mac n cheese was completely missing and a whole chicken tender was also missing. This is really good chicken. They cook it when u order . I've ate here 5-6 times. I get the chicken slider plate with ranch and it never disappoints . It's 2 large slices of toasted bread with a excellent tasting chicken tender in it with lettuce , pickle and ranch ( but u can choose whatever sauce u want, I just prefer the ranch ).
