Great pizza. Terrible service. Been here twice in 7 days and both times they've messed up significantly. 1st time they just didn't make a pizza with my order that I ordered. 2nd time I ordered take out and walked in and saw my order yet was told that it wasn't mine , sat and waited for 20 minutes looking at it getting cold to be told to take it. Cold by the time I was home. Not coming back.

My family loves pizza!!! And I especially love blaze pizza! Something about wood fire pizza just hits the spot! This is are regular to go spot for quick and fast wood fire pizza. The pizza is super thin that you can easily eat half of an 11" but also big enough to have left overs me to share. The staff here is friendly, and the inside is clean for the most part. When they're busy, it can be a bit dirty which is normal.

This pizza was probably the best pizza I've tried in a long time. The good thing is you get to create your own and it really does come out super quick! Usually not crazy busy so you get to sit down and enjoy your food! Definitely worth the try if you're in the area.

DIYZ pizza where you can customize your own pizza with the toppings available. Quick service and pizza always made fresh. Gluten free options. This is a good place for lunch. You could share a pizza with another person. I always have leftovers! Simple and easy.

Regular crust, Spicy red sauce (extra sauce), extra mozzarella AND fresh mozzarella. Then add olive oil and basil. Ask for well done!

This is a really simple review! Two identically prepared pizzas!! Regular crust, Spicy red sauce (extra sauce), extra mozzarella AND fresh mozzarella. Then add olive oil and basil. Ask for well done! Bam!! Perfect! Simple? Yup! But great pizza!

My oldest son and I went to Blaze Pizza for dinner last night and had a wonderful dinner. We each ordered our own 10 inch craft pizzas, Neico wanted the garlic knots as well, and he'd had convinced me that I needed to also try the blood orange lemonade (which he had been thinking about since his first visit last Saturday). At the counter I saw some amazing looking chocolate chip cookies so I ordered each of us one of those too. When our pizzas were brought out to us I grabbed some crushed hot peppers and Neico got some Parmesan to top His with. When I tipped the jar over, the entire jar of crushed peppers spilled out on top of my pizza. We both cracked up, but then I grabbed a tray to try to scrape the peppers off so I could eat the pizza. I like it hot, but didn't need 1/2 a pound of pepper on my individual pizza. Soon someone came over to check on us and see how we were enjoying our meal. When she saw my pizza she offered to make a new one for me. I told her I was good and she returned with the owner who politely refused to let me refuse. I continued to eat the small part of my pizza which was not entirely covered with peppers, and within about 4 minutes I had a brand new pizza in front of me. What great service we experienced here. He even gave me a box to pack both pizzas if I wanted to take them home. I will definitely be back to support this kind of establishment. Kudos to them for caring for the customers experience and going above and beyond the call of duty!

This place has been on my list for several months now so I stopped at the Buona in Murfreesboro on…read morethe way home from Cookeville. To give them a fair shake at a comparison to Chicago, I ordered two iconic Chicago staples, an Italian Beef and a Chicago Dog. First the beef, I ordered it with hot giardiniera and dipped. The beef was tender, flavorful and the peppers packed a pleasant heat. The bread was sturdy had a good flavor as well. Considering we are outside of Chicago, I'd go 4.5 stars. The Chicago dog looked and tasted legit complete with the neon green relish. For the dog I'd also go 4.5 stars. Seems like Murfreesboro might be sleeping on this great spot cause I was there at 6:30 on a Sunday evening and it wasn't packed. Highly recommend this spot when you are in the Boro to get your Chicago fix, it deserves our support!

Be prepared to read a magazine article length review of this establishment. Usually I do not review…read morechain or franchise restaurants, but this was so good, I made an exception. I was intrigued by a mail brochure, then their video. I like the place VERY much. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I reserve those for Italian restaurants with table cloths, vino, attentive waiters and opera playing in the back ground. It is based on FOUR visits because I liked it so much and did not want to give an incomplete review. First will be a detailed list of the dishes we tried and then I will get o ambiance and service at the very end. Here goes the food review first. Chicago Hot Dog. I'm not from Chicago and only know the signature food by reputation but my wife and I were impressed. The bun was very good with the poppy seed on the outside. Holding its own was a nice hot dog through the additional dressings. I ordered mine with the hot gardenia. It was delicious but instead of a vinegar base, it was a nice olive oil. French Fries Our family recognizes my wife as our resident expert on quality fries. She rated these as among the best she has ever eaten. I agreed with her that that they were crispy outside and fluffy inside. She added comments that they held up on the plate as she ate. Being crinkle cut, those fries tend to get soggy, but these retained their crispness through out. Chicago Beef Visiting their website you will see how they prepare their beef for meal. My wife indicated that it was fairly standard, but I drew me in. Admittedly, I have only tried a few of this type of sandwich. The things I liked about it was that it was juicy without soaking the roll and plate. It also had a nice flavor. Pasta On the wall in the store is a sign advertising that the pasta is fresh, never dried and that peaked my interest. Signature Rigatoni Marinara was the menu Item I chose and felt like it was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever enjoyed. Thin, long pastas are classified by a number indicating their thickness. I could not find such a classification for rigatoni. While I may be a bit of an engineer, I studied the wall thickness of this pasta. Compared to what I buy in the grocery store, this had a thicker wall. It is important because the pasta was cooked al dente. The mouth feel of the thicker pasta and feel to the tooth was great. Do not feel I am discounting the sauce, but it was one of the best I think southern Italy would offer. Brownie On a whim, I grabbed a brownie because my wife did not want to stop at a candy store for me to get chocolate to go with my bourbon at home. It was light in texture, but incredibly full of quality chocolate flavor. It was great taste for taste, sip for sip. Beef and Gardenia Pizza Our fourth visit to justify my rating was with my wife, adult son and I. Surprisingly, she ordered the pizza choice because it was unique, Neither of us had gardenia on a pizza. Their Tavern Pizza is 10" and cut checkerboard style, not wedges, which was fine by us. The one pizza was enough for my wife and I. We both agreed that the Marinara sauce was the same as on the pasta. The pie was loaded with toppings. In fact, it was hard to get a true taste of the crust. It was also so loaded that she commented that it was a good thing we ate in the dining room instead of taking it home. If we took it home, she suggested, the copious toppings would totally soak the crust. Gardenia served here is in olive oil, not vinegar. As such, it gave a nice flavor to the pie. I thought my wife ordered extra cheese, but, no. That thick blanket is standard. The blend of toppings was just wonderful and the gardenia was just spicy enough. Margherita Pizza All pizza restaurants are judged by their Margherita pizza as far as my son goes. This pie was not traditional, so he simply gave it a "good" evaluation. He would rather get this pizza at other restaurants, but if he came back here, he would order it. Among his comments were that normally tomato slices were on the pizza, but this one had the diced tomatoes in this. Also, all the basil, while tasty was just piled up in the center instead of strewn all over the top. Now for service and ambiance. Of my trips, I was there a few times shortly after they opened for the day and once during a very busy time. Both times, the meal came out in a timely basis and the meals very fresh. On one trip, I ordered beer. The counter person was underage, and left to find a manager to complete the order. She was not clear in diction and we did not know why she left, but it was O Being new, it was very clean. Ambiance is very bright and well lit. Large windows give a good view of the area. Promotional signs and posters are informative and appropriate.

I informed them of these but since it was so busy they were kind of rushing me because there were multiple cars waiting. In total I paid about 35 when it should've been about 22 and some change. I'm not sure if I'll be back to this one because it felt like I was being rushed and felt some what of an inconvenience because the employees got my order wrong resulting in me paying more to turnaround and find out the food really wasn't seasoned and some what not cooked. I've been planning a visit since I occasionally travel past this location and noticed the high Yelp rating. And I really love Greek food. We arrived and were warmly greeted and they were in the process of mopping the floors, indicating a concern for cleanliness (as did the cylinders of sanitary/wet wipes on each table). The prices were decent and the portions were huge. I had the house platter so I could sample the most items. And to this I added french fries and a soft drink. My wife had the chicken platter and also received a huge portion. Despite the business's name, it appears this is closer to Egyptian rather than Greek cuisine. The french fries were perfect - crisp and nicely seasoned. Also, there's no salt on the tables (only hot sauce), although little salt & pepper packets can be found on a wall shelf. The pita bread was soft and warm. Of the meats, the gyro had some subtle flavor and was nice. Nothing tasted bad, but the salad, feta, chicken, rice, tzatziki, etc. was incredibly bland. In fact, it was so tasteless that it was off-putting and we couldn't even finish our meals. We're clearly not the target audience for this type of offering.
