We chose to dine inside for our first visit. Super friendly staff seated us. The booths are cute with red/white gingham tops and the lights look like black fedoras. Just enough ambiance without being a buca di beppo! We ordered the Bossman's garlic knot meatball sliders and they were terrific. Perfectly crisp exterior coated with garlic, butter, parmesan and parsley. A lovely bit of ricotta, sauce, a tender meatball topped with melted mozzarella. I would easily get these as a meal if I wasn't terribly hungry. I don't think we could come back and not order them. I make really good meatballs, but these were great. I'm not a meatball sub person, but I would possibly order one here. It was just the two of us and we ordered a medium. It was perfect six slices and we took two slices home. As I mentioned perfect crust, perfect fold, great sauce, terrific cheese. If you're missing pizza from PA/NJ/NY/CT you'll really enjoy this pizza. We indulged in a slice of cheesecake which came with fresh strawberries and a cannoli. My husband really enjoyed the cheesecake and even let me have a bite. I was impressed it was served with fresh strawberries and not strawberry goo. My cannoli was super fresh and crunchy. The filling was not too sweet and not too thick. I'm a cannoli snob. These fit the bill. The most impressive thing is this place was hopping on a Sunday night, now granted tomorrow is Labor Day so it's not a traditional Sunday night. When we arrived there were about 4-5 tables with patrons and lots of folks coming in to pick up orders. We'll definitely be back. In general, truffle oil can linger on the tastebuds but that is not the case here, the fries were perfectly salty with a mild truffle flavor that did not interfere with other foods. I can see myself never ordering the same thing twice as there are many menu options. I look forward to returning! Santa Mozzarella is located in a Winn Dixie shopping plaza with plentiful shared parking. There is indoor seating only and seating is limited as this establishment is quite small.
