I will be short on my review. Their system is very good, the young lady that served me was very nice and helpful, the problem was the tall guy at the oven, he burnt my wife's pizza. 12! Not 5, not 8, 12!!! Twelve people working behind the counter, I water for 8mins to for someone to take my order, only to have the entire staff simply not acknowledge me. Then, I moved slightly down line with the people ordering, I figured someone would realize in real-time that I haven't been attended yet. To make it all just "perfect" the couple behind me get asked "how can we help you?" Get their order in and the move on to the next customers behind them. Pizza is always good and the ingredients fresh. We always get the build your own, because my wife and I have very different likes as far as toppings go. The pizza always comes out perfect with a chewy crust that is not too firm, so just right. Sometimes there is a log jam in the assembly line, but it always ends with great pizza. We go to this location 2 times a month and joined the rewards program which builds up flame points pretty quickly. read more

So I'm never one to leave a review (let alone a bad one) and I've ate here plenty in the past few years and never had an issue. But tonight I went to eat here with my family and at first everything was fine, the lady who first took what kind of pizza I wanted was very nice and professional but as you get passed along in the line you get sent to other people. So we got pushed along to a worker there named Hailey. Now she might have been having a bad day or something, I don't know. But what I do know is that she had a horrible attitude & was downright rude for no apparent reason. I even tried being nice thinking maybe she had a rude customer before my family. Didn't work. I understand having bad days but to be straight up rude & disrespectful to customers that haven't done anything is unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

The ingredients all looked fresh across the building station. They offer keto or gluten free crust options for an extra cost. They do serve beer & white claw. Soda as well. They were one of the few places that were open until 10 PM on Tuesday evening lots of other pizza places close at 9 PM due to the Covid restrictions so that was appreciated. You can also order salads, cheesy bread and desserts! Once you tell them what kind of pizza you like you walk down the counter with them and tell them what type of sauce, cheese, and toppings you would like. Love me some endless toppings! I came in here around 2pm and it was empty. I went right up to order my build your own pizza. I got my usual- regular crust with marinara, mozzarella, goat cheese, pepperoni, sausage, artichoke, mushroom, red onions, broccoli, minced garlic, salt/ pepper, oregano and finished with arugula. The employee that placed my toppings on my pizza did it very meticulously, ensuring I got a piece of each topping in each slice. Service was fast since we were the only ones there. Update after multiple visits during the past 5 months: This place is a "hit or miss" depending on the folks preparing the pizza. It could be very well prepared with toppings placed with care and thought. Other times the pizza is a mere flatbread with sauce prepared haphazardly with toppings tossed at whim. A mess. I rarely see someone on a Friday night with some semblance of management. Perhaps that might help. Please let's genuinely care about the product. We've always loved blaze pizza. My husband and I are both vegan and love that we have options here. We always get a "Build Your Own" Pizza with red sauce and vegan cheese. I also love that they have a vegan/gluten free option as well. They also have an app where you can scan points to get rewards like drinks, pizza, and desserts. The staff here was great! They have an outdoor seating area that's screened in, and the environment was clean. A great restaurant to sit in, take out, and great for families! Up on Maine there's a small company called "Blaze Brewing" with good pizzas. Blaze is a different company, but also good pizzas The 11" size is perfect for one and the prices are easy to swallow. Good, friendly crew working there putting out a variety of tasty. Almost thin crust and the cauliflower crust not bad either. Missing a star for using disposable plastic. I'm in town on business for 14 nights. I've been pondering Blaze Pizza for over a week now and finally decided it was pizza night. This was my 1st time ordering/eating from Blaze. I ordered online for curbside pickup, and the experience was an easy one. There were no curbside pickup spots that I could find when I arrived at the store. The instructions were to call the store and let them know I had arrived. Not having lost my ability to walk, I decided it might just be easier to go in and get it. I went in and noticed that there was an "online orders pickup area." My order was there at the promised time of 4:45pm. The five minute ride back to the hotel was pleasant as the pizza smelled wonderful! Upon opening the pizza and breadsticks box I was pleased to see that it also looked really good. Both pizza and breadsticks were very good. Baked just right. I will look forward to leftovers for breakfast and dinner tomorrow. I would definitely order from here again. Good experience. read more

I took my son and his girlfriend to Blaze for pizza. We all ordered BBQ Chicken pizza with original crust (they have gluten-free and cauliflower too).There were more workers scurrying around inside than customers. This made our ordering and pizza prep process pretty fast. Pizzas were made to order, with my son's leaving off the banana peppers and Gorgonzola cheese that normally comes on it. Our pizza prepper seemed less-than-excited about her work and never really looked up. Masks(all staff wore them), the loudness of the restaurant's high ceilings and open space and the barrier between customer and prep area made it really hard to communicate when we tried to say no banana peppers. We ordered bottled water but I'll remember to get a fountain drink next time to try their fruity lemonades and teas. They sounded so refreshing! Pizzas did not come out together so girlfriend got hers first, then me, then son. At the pickup point we weren't offered anything but the BBQ sauce. I think I would have preferred Buffalo sauce if I'd seen or heard about it prior to being handed the pizza with BBQ.or maybe BBQ and Buffalo. Prepper at that station should ask what you might like. All 3 of us agreed the pizza was dry. Too dry. It really needs a base of sauce. The bottom of the thin crust made it worse because it was floury. Dry dry dry. I wouldn't order the BBQ pizza again. I would definitely like to try a make your own combo since the veggies and toppings they had all looked fresh and interesting. Staff was mostly friendly and restaurant clean. The screened patio is a great idea for outdoor eating in Florida. We will be back to try a different pizza (and crust). read more
