    Slice Cheese Pizza

I'm from NEW YORK . There's nothing GOOD about these FELLAS .. save your money Pizza sauce is kinda watery and the crust taste like something you buy in the freezer section. The service was nothing impressive and kinda of rude. Like I said save your money ..

    Mango Habanero for the Win

Wicked good pizza and great service! We both tried a special pizza of the day - Habanero Mango w Chicken. It was available by the slice. Flavor was on point and came out with perfectly crispy crust. Thanks guys! We Will be back!

    Lobster bisque! Perfection

I can't even justify not giving them 5 stars. This is a new build restaurant, so it's ample and clean. The way it works is, you order off the menu at the cash register then you sit wherever and they bring you the food. You pick your drinks off the fridge. I got wine from a small bottle and was totally surprised when they brought me a really nice glass to put it into. The provide complimentary garlic knots that are fluffy, garlicky and oily. What else could you ask for?? We (as in me) ordered the lobster bisque and it was so good, but my son and husband kept taking it from me because it was so good-so I guess we all ordered it. I ordered the eggplant rolatini and it came with soup and pasta ( which was a nice surprise). I asked for an vinaigrette and they provided perfection (a small little bottle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar! Score!! My husband had the vegetarian Stromboli, and he decided to commit sacrilege and added steak. The Stromboli came with a tomato sauce that I wanted to eat like soup! OMG!! That's sauce is LIFE!! My son had the spaghetti and meatballs, which is perfect for him, but I would have opted for a more decadent option like lasagna, and I tried to convince him just so I could try it, but he wouldn't budge. Good thing too, he ate a ton of it and it was huge I didn't think a little guy could put down that much food.

This is a buffalo chicken pizza?

I created an account just to write a review of this pizza. My girlfriend and I lifted up the box lid and both started laughing at this thing... it's not pizza. It's garbage. Both the bbq chicken and buffalo chicken. Worst pizza I've ever had. The place was half full of people. Plenty of kitchen staff. Manager was on site and keeping the garbage pies moving quickly... Seriously, look at the pictures of these pizzas! The people of Ft. Pierce need to be liberated from this awful pizza regime. The goodfellas would roll over in their grave. Someone needs to get whacked. Ground chicken on pizza? I wouldn't feed this to my dog. David Portnoy where you at?

Stopped in after the beach and it was delicious! The meat lovers stromboli is overflowing with meats and cheese and it's cooked perfectly sometimes i find them a little too crispy on the outside but this one was perfect! It was more than enough for one person

    Large pizza with extra cheese

I live on the island and there are not too many fast food type places to eat. I de IDES to try this brand new location last night. The inside is new , clean and very nicely done. There menu ranges from wings, all kinds of pizza, and all kinds of pasta and sauces. I tried the traditional large cheese pizza with extra cheese. The pizza was very good. I do wish it did have more (extra cheese) but I guess that's relevant to what they consider normal amount of cheese. It was nicely cooked no big dark air type bubble in pizza. The sauce was lights (which I prefer) and not sweet (which I also prefer). The dough was very thin (such I also prefer). All in all for 20 dollars I got a large extra cheese? Pizza. I would definitely be back to try a few of their other dishes. Nice new addition to the Island.

Holy shit. This pizza is as good tasting as it looks. It was the steak pizza and I'm in love. Some serious NY style goodness. Order and forgetta'about-it.

It is large and offers indoor as well as outdoor seating. I especially loved the decor and the t-shirts the staff were wearing that read "Hot Girls only need money and Pasta", it compliments my "Hot girls eat Pasta" hat We ordered the clams casino of which were tasty but a bit in the dry/overcooked side along with a salad that had mixed greens, sliced green apples, candied pecans, goat cheese and a lovely house made vinaigrette. For our entree we ordered the traditional Roman style cheese pizza. The crust was thin, and excellent sauce/cheese ratio and fresh basil. It was delicious and will be a definite go-to next time I visit.

We wanted some authentic New York Italian food, I was skeptical but , we couldn't have been more pleased. Pastaio is a small authentic Italian restaurant the likes of which we have rarely seen. We grabbed 2 bar seats as we typically do. Troy was the bartender. Fantastic job. Personable and attentive. He made well crafted drinks with attention to detail. I had an old fashioned. Perfectly made , chilled and served over 1 large clear cube. My wife had a vodka/soda/ cranberry drink which was perfectly blended. To start we received a basket of bread. I normally wouldn't mention this but to call this "bread" would be an insult. This was warm delicious Tuscan Italian bread bathed in butter and covered in sharp fresh Parmesan . Literally a meal on its own. For the appetizer we went with the eggplant stack. Fantastic. Crispy eggplant , delicious authentic sauce smothered in rich mozzarella. Main course for me was homemade cavatelli in Sunday sauce. This included fall off the bone pork ribs and an incredibly authentic Italian meat ball. My 1st generation Italian family, including my mom would have loved this! My wife also had the home made cavatelli, however she chose the Cavatelli Trattoria. A delicious blend of chicken, spinach, cherry tomatoes and roasted herbs. Delicious. If you live in the Port Saint Lucie area and haven't been here and enjoyed a serious authentic Italian meal, this is your place. Ditch the Olive Garden and see what Italian food is really all about. We are anxiously awaiting our return to Florida and this is our first stop.!

My wife and I are in search of a good steak and cheese in the area. Sad to say, the best we could find is from Jersey Mikes. Jersey Mikes subs are very good, but you shouldn't have to go to a franchise to find a good one with all the New York restaurant owners in the area. Anyway, in our opinion, DaVinci's steak and cheese has the rest beat, hands down. We added green peppers and a side of mayo to the onions and mushrooms. First off, it weighs about 4 pounds (slightly exaggerated but close). It's huge, and delicious. Really nothing more needs to be said. The flavor is excellent, and the bread is perfect. * I don't know if the bread is made in house, but it's very good. We also crave Calamari which can be hit or miss when ordered at a restaurant. Although the rings were not huge, they were plenty big enough, and (like the steak and cheese), the portion was huge. The Calamari they serve doesn't get much better. Just the right amount of crispy batter, and very tender. The accompanying marinara sauce has great flavor. I do get a bit excited when we discover a really good restaurant. There's a lot to choose from in the area, but not that many I consider to be great. DaVinci's has been around for a long time, which says something for its quality. It's a bit of a whole in the wall (my kind of place). You walk though the front door to a very tight counter area where they're cooking pizzas, and managing take out orders (which were flying out the door left and right). You might have to wait a few minutes while the girl at the counter, or one of the wait staff acknowledges you as they were very busy on a Saturday night - and no front host area. Was starting to get a little frustrated with the wait, but it was OK. There were 2-3 large tables filled with people but there were several booths available. The place is small, and you can tell the place has been around for 40+ years. It's nothing fancy, but it's quaint, and has a lively atmosphere. You can tell the patrons are regulars, and the wait staff and all have been there for a while. Even though we have not tried other dishes on the menu, you can tell it's all going to be good, We can't wait to go back to try some actual Italian dishes - and we know where we're going for Cheese Steaks from now on.

Portion size was great and I did manage to have leftovers. I ordered a pizza to take home for my husband to enjoy. That was another great surprise. Really good amount of quality toppings. Will definitely be back- probably sooner than later! Thank you DaVinci's!!!
