If you're in the area and mood for Bubbletea this place is quality! When you first walk in, it's clean, modern and the staff is very friendly! Affordable prices for boba! We got: * Taro Slush with Coconut jelly (Recommend) * Mango Smoothie with coconut jelly (recommend) Both drinks were super tasty, creamy and you can tell the mango is fresh. Would come back to try other drinks if I'm in the area!

I really like how they use real matcha powder and their pearls are slightly sweetened, but at 50% sugar the drink was very bitter. The pearls were alright. The size of the pearls were kind of small and the pearls weren't particularly memorable. My bf ordered a roasted oolong bubble tea that turned out a really pale colour. The flavour is also very subtle and reminded me of coconut rather than roasted tea. My Overall, I don't think this is a place that impressed me with their bubble tea. Perhaps the non-bubble tea options are better since they have other products available. With so many bubble tea places, standards are really high now! Unfortunately we were disappointed with our drinks.

London Fog Latte and Emerald Thai Milk Tea

First time here. My girlfriend and I ordered a London Fog and Emerald Thai Milk Tea (50% sweetness and ice). Both were delicious; I prefer less sweet drinks and 50% was exactly what I'd imagine 50% to be. Additionally, the owner/manager was friendly and accommodating in providing the wifi code, and adding pearls for free to the drink after I realized I'd forgotten to add them to my order. I'd like to add the area is spacious with 4-person wooden tables and perfect for studying if you do not mind music in the background. One of the tables near the counter has power plugs.

I was so impressed with this place. Ordered matcha mango with oat milk substitute and pearls. Also ordered japanese mayo fries. Both were amazing. recommended!!!

Great bbt place in coquitlam area, there isn't a but this place does not disappoint. They serve slushes, teas, smoothies, milk teas. Also paninis, fries and coffees. The owners are very friendly and cater to any specific need. The decor is great and fresh. Theres plenty of seating but gets busy on weekend nights for sure.

    Staff recommended Thai milk tea

Came here on a Saturday afternoon to find it rarely empty. Got the recommended Thai iced tea (it was a staff pick) and was quite disappointed with it. The Thai ice tea tasted very artificial - like it came from an instant milk tea package, the pearls were also very clumpy and did not taste fresh at all. We asked for it to be half sweetened but it was still way too sweet.

Decided to come here and try it out after hearing good things. I came here on a weekday and there were quite a bit of customers there. However, plenty of seating space for everyone. My bubbly tea was made in a timely manner, didn't have to wait long at all. I ordered my usual taro bubble tea whenever I hit up a bubble tea place. The slush was flavourful, not watered down. The consistency of the pearls were very soft, which I was not used to having. It definitely made it easier to chew on but I'm not sure whether I loved the texture. I would come back again and try out other items on the menu one day!

We have been to Blend Bubble Tea on many occasions and we keep coming back! We have tried a variety of their drinks: Milk teas, fruit teas, and fresh fruit smoothies. They are all great tasting and refreshing. My fiance even got their reusable bubble tea cups as engagement favours for our family and friends (he loves bubble tea THAT MUCH). And we recently tried their fries.. we chose the Japanese Mayo, which is sesame seeds, Japanese mayo, dried seaweed, and bonito flakes. They were really good! Looking forward to trying another kind next time.

    LATE NIGHT!!

Just dropped by this new bubble tea spot in Port Coquitlam! Glad to see something open late night (midnight)! Service was from the owners & it was quick and efficient. Menu had good variety & the slushy was good! Good to see something open up late night and the space was detailed with JENGA and cards if needed for a late night game or two. Good luck to this new venture, will be back soon!

Beef is pasture raised without antibiotics. Fries were nicely salted and crispy. We'd probably come back here again and get the double cheeseburger as the patties were a little thin.

The outdoor seating area up top alone is worth the quick stop, with mountain and water views making it feel like a mini-destination than just another roadside café. The latte was good, and it's nice that the shop also has merch available for those who are interested. Their burgers looked interesting and I'll be sure to try that next time! The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of tables ideal for stretching your legs and enjoying the view. I came in the middle of a Thursday afternoon and there were no crowds, so service was fast. I believe there are gluten-free and vegan options as well. Definitely worth pulling over for a quick bite/refreshment!

Pull apart was lighter than I expected. Other place's pull apart was so buttery, cheesy, however, this one was flaky and buttery, so, if you prefer light texture pull apart, you will like it. Cream cheese filling was nice accent. Pistachio loaf was more dense than I expected. It had pistachio whipped cream on top, so, cream helped loaf texture more smooth. Loaf had strong pistachio flavor. I liked whipped cream and loaf combination. Pesto and mozzalera swirl was a bit too salty for me. Dough was super flaky and buttery, I liked the dough texture so much, but filling could be more minder. Unfortunately, I did not have ferrero rocher danish. I heard that this one was the best. Mousse was so delicious and dough was very flaky and buttery. Overall, I think their pastries are always outstanding and good quality. The place was extremely busy and could not get a table. Next time, I wish I could dine-in.

Starbuck's was Mr. B's favorite for coffee and we prefer the smaller independently owned coffee shops and Fox and Oak is a gem. Located in downtown Squamish, really on the outskirts of downtown. This tiny little spot has a long bar with seating and then a lovely patio. The staff at the register taking orders both times was so friendly, helpful and offered great recommendations. On our first visit it was a latte for Mr. B and a Chai Latte for me, both were creamy, filled with rich flavor without being bitter. We also shared a maple walnut donut. Oh it was so good. I can't say the last time I had a donut, but when in Canada, maple anything is always so good. The donut was light and had a lovely maple glaze on the top and then toasted walnuts. So good! On our second visit, we had the same drinks, the same Maple Walnut Donut and added a blueberry fritter. The fritter was crunchy on the outside, after the first bite we could see the layers of dough much like a croissant and in the middle were loads of fresh blueberries. Wow, fresh berries and not a sweet fake blueberry gel. It truly was scrumptious. Parking is on the street and can be tight, but both times we found parking even with a short walk. Which was good to walk off our donuts and pastries.
