Sharon is an amazing hairstylist who has an done hair in Germany and Las Vegas! She knows exactly how to blend colors to get the style you want. Make sure you bring in a photo of what kind of hairstyle you want and she will make it happen. Also, this place is by appointment only so book your's early in advance!

AMAZING, THE BEST OF THE BEST! I have been following Sharon's work for a few years now and was so thrilled to see that she would be relocating back to Tacoma. I could not book my appointment with her soon enough. Before my appointment took place, she was very helpful with her suggestions on my color choice and style. I have a lot of hair and all though my process took over 5 hours, I never felt a sense of ergency from Sharon, she took her time and was very thorough, my end results are just AMAZING! I will definetly be a returning client and would recommend her any day! Thank you Sharon!

Sharon is a miracle worker! Throughout my years knowing her, she has helped me go from brunette, to blonde, to copper and back to brunette. Each time I would show her examples of what I wanted via celebrities and she was spot on. Her color blending skills are perfection. You will not find a better colorist, so stop looking! Her cut and styling is on par with any celebrity stylist. I always left her studio feeling years younger and ready to conquer the world. Time in her chair is well worth every penny you spend. I highly recommend you book your follow-up appointment with her immediatly as her schedule fills up quickly. Lastly, if you are running late to your appointment, be sure to let her know. Life gets hectic and sometimes you can't help traffic but her time is valuable!

On the left was an orange(humorous) disaster from another salon on the right is the magic done by Sharon.

I am speechless! My hair looks like a picture right off of Pinterest! Very talented and professional, cute studio too. I highly recommend!

If I could describe Sharon's work in one word, it'd be "AMAZING". She is truly gifted and she has that magic touch to create beautiful hair. If you don't believe me, go to her Instagram (blend_studio) and take a look. She got my hair to an amazing lavender color and I absolutely love it! I live in Renton and drove 40 minutes to see her. That's how good she is.

Sharon is probably the BEST hairstylist I know based on seeing her work, friends expressing how they feel about her work done to them and out of my own personal experience! I moved to WA from CA so when I moved here I was really looking for a hairstylist I can trust my hair w/. I knew about Sharon but I heard she wasn't taking any new clients at that moment so when I visited CA, I just double dipped and saw my old hairstylist. I don't do anything diff besides maintaining it (bringing up my balayage and toner) but that time around my hair turned bronze w/ a tint of rose gold! I'm an ash blonde/sometimes ashy silver (if I use a silver shampoo). Idk what happened but I wasn't happy, my old hairstylist knew the hair color I like so she knew I wasn't happy too and I didn't have time for my old hairstylist to fix it since I was there w/ my bf and planned to visit family/friends. When I came back to WA I pretty much talked to Sharon looking like this and she was wonderful enough to schedule me an appointment for her next availability that also worked w/ me! She is busy (the best usually are) and trust me, she is worth the wait!! So, don't take her time for granted! By the time I was able to get in her chair, I was handing her an orangey brassy hair! In one session w/ her (which she was pretty much correcting my hair) I did not see any signs of brass! It amazed me how I went from that orangey brass to a grayish silver!! I seriously don't know how she did it, pure talent! Sharon also gave me a walk through on what to do afterwards, as well as, gave me some knowledge of what's going to happen! I am beyond grateful for Sharon correcting my hair and I am SO happy w/ it esp w/ what it faded into (which she actually chose her toner accordingly; also, it's pretty much the hair color I was before it got messed up) she is just too amazing! I can't wait for our next session where she's going to perfect it, lighten/bring it up!!! See attached photos for before and after pic (I avoided photos while my hair was that orangey brass color so that was the best photo I have to show it)

An amazing hairstylist & colorist right here in our backyard! Sharon does an incredible job of keeping your hair healthy & with-it. She adds her own flair along with her expertise to make your hair dreams come true. She's someone I can trust enough to say: "Do what you think will look best!" & know it will be flaunt worthy. As much as I don't want to share her with you the truth is... some treasures are too good not to share!

How great did she do? Super!

I also appreciated that Sharon did not expect me to be a talker throughout the whole 4 hour hair session!

Upon entering for my appointment the two gals that I engaged with were very welcoming. I believe the gal that checked me in was Megan and the other gal I forget her name but she has red hair with cute bangs in a ponytail who was letting me know not to worry about the hour parking in front of the salon. My advice to those new to the salon is to get there early as parking is limited in the front and the ample parking would be across the street or in the residential area. Now let me get to my stylist who wow'ed me. This was my second time around with this stylist. Backstory I met Shawn Babauta at JCPenny as I went in to get a haircut and she mentioned she was moving to Dolce Salon which was the best decision she made as well as for Dolce Salon to add an amazing stylist to their team. Shawn is so talented and the thing I love about Shawn when I first met her was she listened to what my concerns were and what my inspiration was. Also Shawn gives good feedback on styles that compliment your face and how much work a certain style would be for example bangs. That's a plus for me because not many stylists listen or give you that type of feedback. When it comes to a long term stylist I feel that not only are their talents a plus but also vibing with them is important. Shawn I'm so happy my husband found you on social media because moving here due to a military move is always a bit rough. Now to end my long review go check out the pictures I will attach because Shawn did more than what I expected and then some! That's how talented Shawn is! You will see before and after pics.

Hey Hello Hair! I…read moreabsolutely love this place. The ladies here are truly the best. I'm lucky to have Charla and Jessica taking care of my hair--my lifelong, deep red hair that I proudly say comes from my great-great-grandmother. It's that strong Indian red MC1R gene trait, and I don't take it lightly! I had hand and arm surgery in January 2026, and the girls even took care of my hair before my surgery. At that time, we were working through simple wash routines together because I couldn't wash my hair myself. They were so patient and helpful through all of it. By the time I needed my next move-up, I was ready to wash my own hair again, and they celebrated that progress with me. I truly love these ladies like I've known them for years. Everyone in the salon is so kind, fun, and genuinely caring--not just with me, but with every person who walks in. Going to my appointment at Hello Hair is something I always look forward to. I genuinely love being there.

I've been seeing Hallie for a while, and throughout my visits it has always been clear that gray…read morecoverage was important to me. At my most recent appointment, I specifically asked to focus on covering my grays, and she confirmed that we would make sure they were properly addressed. Unfortunately, the service did not fully resolve that concern. (And I paid over $300+) It was difficult to see in the salon lighting, but once I got home a few days later, I noticed quite a few grays still very visible. I reached out to let her know. Since I was in the process of moving, it wasn't feasible for me to come back in right away, but I was hoping we could discuss an alternative solution once I got settled or explore some form of help given I wouldn't have the time to come in right away. Instead, I was sent a link to purchase a gray touch-up stick from the salon. That response was disappointing and, in my opinion, not reflective of a professional resolution to a service concern. Clear consultation, and follow-through are essential in this industry, especially when it comes to gray coverage, which requires intention and attention to detail. If something cannot be fully achieved during an appointment, it should be communicated transparently with realistic expectations and options discussed in advance. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to refine consultation practices and client care. Growth comes from listening and improving, not from becoming defensive, rude, or passive-aggressive. I truly wish her the best and hope she uses this as a learning experience. (And others find this useful if you're looking for gray coverage as part of your service) And btw(after reading the owners response): this was NOT a gray blending service, it was always very clear that I wanted my grays fully covered each time I came in.

The first time I sat in her chair she was faced with a major hair disaster and she just intuitively knew exactly what to do -- no lengthy consultation, no hesitation, just pure skill and instinct. She completely turned it around. Beyond her talent, Ciri is simply one of the best people to spend time with, especially during a color appointment. She's warm, friendly, and genuinely fun to talk to, which makes the whole experience something I actually look forward to rather than just another errand. If you're looking for a stylist who truly listens, has an incredible eye, and makes you feel completely at ease, Ciri is your person. She's an absolute gem!

Trena Ansari at Willow Salon burned my scalp, gave me neon orange hair, and cut my hair extremely…read morechoppy and unevenly (three inches shorter from the right side to left, with one chunk 7-8 inches too short it's at ear level). She was also 45 minutes late to our appointment, texting me that she was late just a few minutes before, while I was already parking. When I told her and the salon owner, Jolene Dittmar, that my scalp was burned, neither took responsibility. Trena want to do yet another correction, which of course I refused. I wasn't going to let her hurt me again. Jolene three weeks later after much back and forth, said she would refund my $200. She did not. She also complained to me that Trena was hard to talk to due to her personality, so she couldn't address it with Trena. My scalp burned for four days, I had sores all over it for three weeks, and it finally is mostly healed now four weeks later. I've never written a bad review of a salon, and certainly never complained. I'm 59 years old, a retired school teacher, I have colored my hair all my adult life, and I NEVER had a scalp problem before. I am reporting to the Cosmetology board and to the state Consumer protection department. Here's exactly what happened: * I booked a full cut, color, and style appointment for warm dark blonde - auburn color. My wavy hair was just longer than my shoulders. I did not have bangs or layers. The color was a light ash blond. We had a text consultation in advance. * Trena changed the appointment time at the last minute, when I was finding parking for the appointment. * Made me wait even longer while she took a consult (non paying!) client. In all, she was about 45 minutes late starting my appointment. She then seemed to have forgetten everything about our text consultation. * Trena left the salon for over 30 minutes while the chemicals were processing, instead of staying and checking on it. * Trena overprocessed the coloring because she was not in the salon, and it was bright orange--the color I said multiple times I wanted to avoid at all costs. I wanted a warm dark blond / brown. It's not auburn or copper or caramel. Day glow orange. Trena reacted very nervously and said we could correct it with a second darker color. * Trena tried to tell me I didn't need a cut, but then said she'd trim following the preexisting lines. She then fushed the cut (spent literally two to three minutes on it) and chopped several very short chunks totally unevenly. The right side ended up with chunks 3-4 inches shorter. One area has a chunk that is 6-8 inches shorter (at my ear level). * Trena then told me to style it myself at the end (!). She seems to be rushing me out. (She probably was.) I ended up leaving with my hair still wet, after sitting (mostly alone) in the salon for three hours. * Did not wash out the dye completely. It was 45 minutes while I drove home, plus 15 minutes in the salon. My scalp was burning. * I washed out dye when I got home. It was absolutely dye, not just normal washout from the hair. I scraped dye off my scalp. * My scalp developed a dozen or more sores from the chemical burn. These did not heal until three weeks later. I only used shampoo twice in that time. I did apply Cera Vie every other day to the scalp (dermatologist recommended). Also, the salon is not spa like at all. Normally, I don't care what a place looks like, but their website very much misrepresents the place. Not only do they NOT STAND BEHIND their work, it is an sparse, uncomfortable environment. I'm 5'4" and if you are shorter, your head won't reach the sinks. Jolene later said they adjust, Trena said they did not adjust, but either way, no one bothered to adjust for me and they were both there during my fiasco. I will try to add a few photos. Price $200+ Stylist Trena Hair Master or Hair Wizard Ansari Yelp is not letting me add photos, but I will do so. I am sure they will write a review using character assassination. Trena basically told me I was lying, Jolene told me she'd refund my $200 and did not, and tried to claim it was an allergic reaction even though I've dyed my hair 40 years without ever having a reaction. They refused to take any responsibility. Not even an apology, though there was a check in by Jolene three weeks later. Note, I am a normal 59 year old, who has never written a review like this, a retired teacher, and I only want to keep others from being hurt. It's now four weeks later, and I still have three sores but mostly healed.
