This review is for Nikki and my microblading experience. She was very professional, the customer service was over the top from the second I called to schedule a consultation to when I left after the procedure today. I arrived early for each appointment and Nikki was ready for me each day so I never had to wait. She went over the procedure in depth to put my mind at ease and I automatically felt like I was in good hands. I had the microblading done today and couldn't be happier with how my eyebrows turned out. It took less than 2 hours from start to finish and I was laughing with her the whole time. I'm definitely looking forward to going back for my touch up and dermaplaning. I LOVE how in a couple comments below, a customer states that she ranked Blende with 1-star (although she never stepped foot inside of the business) because she found the sign outside to be offensive. One of the many reasons I am a proud American is because of the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech. The same freedom that allows her to write her 1-star Yelp review is the same freedom that allows Blende to display whatever sign they want outside of their store front. I had an eyebrow wax and a HydroFacelift treatment at a Blende early September '20. I can't believe the results from the facial treatment! My skin looked instantly younger, fresher and more taut! The treatment evened out my skin tone and removed a lot of impurities in my skin resulting in a softer, more youthful appearance. I really can't believe the visible difference even 24 hours later. While it's a fun experience my first time and spent at least 250.00 on product- they are awful at customer service. That same day when we went our first time-We put a deposit down for a make up party too because we were excited to share with friends. We scheduled 11 of us to go back but they cancelled about 3 days before we were scheduled to go saying the partner couldn't be there -and they had no other staff -We tried a few other dates that didn't work for the partners or for us -they needed both to be there I suppose-so only a month or so into trying to reschedule I wanted to use the money from my deposit to buy a gift card and product-the one owner said keep it as credit and keep trying to reschedule-I still purchased a gift card... after months of trying to collect dates on BOTH ends with 11 friends as the summer then holidays kicked in-I finally gave up getting 11 people together as i was over zealous to think I could get a bunch of working women together for this again -it was too difficult and I first asked if I could get a refund and it was a NO! There was No discussion or alternative solution (for example I offered that would have bought additional product!) it was NO! Keep in mind we had a discussion with Kiara they day we booked it and she said if we can't get the party going she would work with us re the deposit since they just started their business. My last interaction with her was on 11/21 via email and when I expressed my huge disappointment and that I would even purchase product as an alternative Kiara finally said she'd "get back to me "....it's 12/31! I would have purchased product by now and likely would have booked a much smaller party in coming months for a friend who is sensitive to make up but I think she could use this one-had they been more accommodating. I'll accept no refund if you allow me to purchase product--What's the difference where the money is used? Explain that to me???? Clearly they need a lesson on accommodating their customers or are in need of my 200.00 badly!! They clearly need help in their shop and quite frankly it seems like the 2 partners are on 2 pages.... Best Makeover Ever!!! Blende' Custom Beauty! I unfortunately forgot to make an appointment, but only had to wait a short time and the owners were able to squeeze me in! They quickly custom created the most beautiful makeup for me all based on my coloring. It's such a gorgeous space and a great idea! I ended up with my own custom created lipstick, eye shadow and a beautiful foundation that matched my skin perfectly. The whole experience is unique and enjoyable. Keira, one of the owners, is a TV makeup artist and has done a million celebrities. She worked her magic on me! I have never gotten so many compliments from a make-up application in my life.
