We intentionally waited 8 months after our purchase to write this review. We bought a 2014 Kia Optima from Blessed Auto sales in April 2019. This dealer did not have a ton of inventory, but in our case, that made purchasing a quality vehicle SO simple because all of the cars were honestly GREAT choices for what we were looking for. The owner was very helpful and low pressure; this was such a refreshing contrast from what we would normally find on a used car lot. Our car has a salvaged title but the owner was very transparent about the vehicle history and offered that info unsolicited. If I'm not mistaken, most (if not all) of the cars are salvaged due to theft recovery - not due to body damage. We felt comfortable and in control of the entire buying process. We received our plates and tags within 1 week of purchasing our vehicle. Easy peasy! We will absolutely return to Blessed Auto Sales and will continue to refer our friends as well. read more

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Accent hatchback from this dealer when I was 7 mo pregnant with no car. I overpaid and was charged over bluebook, I was told the car was only a salvaged title do to theft recovery and no other reason. I went to car maxx one bad half year later to see the value because I need a bigger car they pulled up the car fax and the vehicle I was sold was salvaged due to collision . Also I was so the vehicle with no horn and a/c unit broke. I contacted the owner about the a/c and horn missing because pretty sure it's illegal to sell a car without a horn much less to a pregnant woman. All the cars on his lot are salvaged and smething was wrong with it. In response to your response I was told by you it was only salvaged due to theft recovery you said nothing wrong with it. The. Tommy is great to work with! I paid cash for my car, a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, and the process was fast, totally painless, and just downright easy. I'll also mention that the car is in great shape! It is in like-new condition and even the engine bay is truly the cleanest I have ever seen aside from brand new off-the-lot! I've had my car for two weeks now and no problems at all! I love my car! Before buying, I told Tommy that I'd prefer to have the seat belt replaced (it was just little laggy) and he took care of it the very next day at his mechanic. Car was a decent price, and in decent condition. They said the title is clean, but when it came in it was a salvage title. Discovered some cosmetic damage to the carpet that was covered up by disposable shop floor mats. I asked if it was a smokers car, and they said they didn't know. Interior smelled *strongly* of habitual cigarette smoke. Wrote me asking for more money when they discovered that registering it was more than they thought. Nice people though! read more

I had purchased a car from Tommy a few years ago and never thought to write a review. I purchased a 2013 Mazda MAZDA3. My dad found the car on Facebook Marketplace (I was only 17 at the time) and when he showed me pictures I was all for it. We checked out the car and really liked it; however, we were very disappointed to find out the car was salvaged. We knew nothing of this until I was already set on the purchase. It was never mentioned in the listing, and Tommy never thought of mentioning it until we came back from the bank with the money I needed to purchase the vehicle. He claimed it was only made salvaged due to theft, but we came to find out that the trunk doesn't close properly and needs a good hard slam in order to actually get it shut. The alignment of the car was very off which later led me to need to replace the tires a few months later. I know hardly anything about cars so these things slid right by. The mechanic at American Tires pointed out to me that the whole back bumper was replaced with cheap plastic that was falling apart because it wasn't repaired properly--even more reason to believe that the car was in an accident after Tommy told my family and I that it wasn't. I do commend him for replacing the windshield for free since there was a large scratch mark on it that also was not mentioned in the description of the vehicle. Overall, I would not purchase from Blessed Auto Sales again due to a lack of integrity, dishonesty, and misinformation throughout the whole experience. read more

BUYER BEWARE: This guy is a modern day Harry Wormwood. He tries to pass himself off as an honest pastor of a church...but my car is falling apart 6 months later. He claimed the driver door got hit so the car was totaled, but he and his "mechanics had fixed to to excellent conditokn and the car is worth 10K" Screws are falling out of my mazda 3..black latex rubber glue on the bumper...the driver's door was repaired on one side only now there is twisted metal from his fake mechanics rush job and not doing the body work properly. One of my brakes has worn down to metal because it required a compressor spring grom a dealer..one which he never got. Causing issues months &money later for me. My driver window shattered because of how they "fixed" the driver door the hammer hit the glass to hard causing me to have to replace that as well. He claims to give you "repairs at wholesale prices" but there os no way in hell after 1 month of owning the car seeing all the corners his fake repair shop cut..would i EVER recommend Blessed Auto Sales or St. Judes Auto in Ceres to ANYONE EVER!!! Found an ad on Craigslist for a beautiful 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Called the number to find out it was already sold, but that they had another one a year younger for the same price. Made an appointment about a week later to check out the cars. Tommy was very upfront about them being salvage title, and very kind and honest with any questions we had. He was not a pressure seller, and wanted to make sure we got what we needed. The cars are very clean, little dings at most (nothing you wouldn't expect from a used car). Test drove 3 cars (the other two were great cars in great shape, just not my taste) and walked out with a clean and slick 2013 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. Drove all the way to Modesto from the Bay area for no reason. I was told the car had only been in some kind of minor accident involving the rear end and that the back bumper and the trunk lid only needed replacing. After further examination, the car had obviously been in a pretty substantial rear end collision. Pulled back the carpet in the trunk and could see the body damage where the metal was actually bent and kinked and where it had been pounded hard with hammers to try and straighten out the metal. This is not the result of a minor accident. In addition, the front left head light was sticking out from the fender which tells me something also happened to the front end and I was informed that only the back end had minor work performed. The worst part is I was willing to buy a salvage title car because I trusted them and took their word for it. I'm sure you realize who I am now and now you know why I walked out on the deal. In the future be honest as some people are smart and will not be easily fooled and will find the real issues. read more

I recently bought a car from Tommy. He assured me the car was in good condition. It appeared to be. My friend checked it out and everything looked good. But that evening as I was driving home I heard a squeaking. So I called Tommy in the morning. He told me to bring it in to him. The squeaking wasnt that bad when we drove it together and he said it was the coils that need to be relubricated for sitting so long. Tommy said it should go away in a week or so. The squeaking got worse and my friend drove it and decided to look under it. To him it looked like the subframe and control arm were damaged and causing the squeaking. And that there was a small oil leak. So I took it to Meineke to be looked at. They said I needed a new subframe and control arms. They didn't look at the oil leak, I forgot to bring it up. I was quoted around 1200 to fix this car that I had only had 4 days. My friend calls Tommy and then Tommy calls me. He told he wanted to right by me and that he would fix the problem for free since it wasn't what he thought it was. I took it to Luis and he was really helpful and friendly. He and my friend looked at it. Ended with Luis saying he had to fix the subframe and the oil leak which turned out to be a transmission leak. He ended up having my car for four days which I had to call for almost every update. But they both did RIGHT by me. I have a great car that was a headache for 2 weeks. I did not have to spend any extra money on this car. Tommy honored his word and had it fixed. I would buy a car from him again, just remember to look under it first to avoid any stress! read more

I am so happy we met Tommy! From the beginning, I felt at ease and not stressed. After looking at other used car dealerships and private sellers, I realized words like 'great condition' and 'immaculate interior' were simply left to one's interpretation because those cars I had seen prior to going to Blessed were such a letdown. As soon as we pulled up to Blessed, I knew this dealership was different from the others. All the cars looked clean and the bodies were in great condition. The interiors were clean also. Tommy had a smile on his face and answered all of our questions and concerns (my hubby had many of these) to our satisfaction. Never did I feel like we were rushed to make a decision or unimportant car buyers. He let us take our time and really get a feel for the SUV. He didn't hover over us and try to listen to what we were saying. He gave us plenty of space but was readily available when we needed him. Even once I found the SUV I wanted (didn't take long, my eyes found it as soon as we pulled up), I tried to keep my cool and act nonchalant (hubby wanted to play good cop/bad cop); but I do not have a poker face and I couldn't hide the elation I felt at finally finding a vehicle that looked good and felt good! Tommy did not take advantage of the fact that he knew that we probably wouldn't have left his business without buying it. Paperwork didn't take long at all and he kept his word. Stand up guy who runs a stand up business! I can honestly say that I feel very blessed that we came upon Blessed when I was so frustrated with the service and products others were offering. My father and I have sifted through hundreds of Craigslist ads looking for cars or SUVs that could potentially be my first car or my mother's "fresh new look". By sheer coincidence, we found an ad for a 2016 Kia Rio that we thought was surely too good to be true; however, we decided to make the 25-minute drive to the sales floor anyway; the same day, we walked away with the car. The owner was respectful, polite, and inclusive-- he talked to you, rather than at you. Both my father and I felt no pressure or a looming sensation by the owner as we looked at the cars, which we both appreciated. Overall, I had a positive experience with Blessed Auto Sales, and my family will most likely revisit once my brother is old enough to drive. read more

If I could give Blessed Auto Sales a 0 star review, I would. This place is an absolute scam. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here or give Tommy your business. We went to look at a couple Mazda cars with low mileage that were listed as clean titles on Craigslist. Turns out that all of his vehicles are salvage titles. Agee driving two hours from the north bay, Tommy told us the salvage title was only because the car had previously been stolen, the insurance company paid out the original owner, and he purchased the car from the insurance company. He said it had never been painted, never been in any accidents, he told us he had a Carfax report but he did not, he had a cheaper version that was inaccurate and showed us a report stating no accidents/damage. We took the Mazda to Meineke down the road to get it checked out and they said do not buy this car. They showed us SO many problems. Rear and front frame damage, it was totaled from the rear, alignment of the drive train was completely askew, and there were transmission issues, and a plethora of other glaringly obvious issues underneath the car. When we brought the car back to Tommy, he was VERY quick to shove us out and call the next person on the waiting list for the car. Do yourself a favor--take the car to a neutral party mechanic, take it to Meineke, and have them check it out before you purchase a car from this dealer. Or really, do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time. read more

We bought a car from the owner Tommy in March: 2013 Elantra with 54,000 miles on it. He assured us the vehicle was fixed and road worthy. He convinced us the vehicle had to be in good order to get DMV registration. We trusted our daughters safety on his word and his businesses ability to sell a safe vehicle. The car after a few months seemed to be driving rough. My husband drove it and realized something was seriously wrong. The car was losing traction in the rear, feeling as if it was losing control. He notice the right rear tire was completely wore out and the left rear well on it's way. We made an appointment with Luis, Tommy's recommended mechanic. Luis diagnosed the problem as a bent axel. It was so damaged it wore through two new tires on the back and could have lost control. Thank God it hadn't been raining yet. It was obviously bent from the accident it had been in and you obviously did not fix it. When your mechanic Luis fixed it the car only had 60,144 miles on it. You were recommended to us by A friend who has purchased several cars from you and recommended you to his family and friends. We had hoped to do the same. We appreciated the service Tommy provided by selling newer model vehicles as inexpensive as possible. We gave him the chance to make this right. It cost us $500 with your mechanic and $200 in two new back tires. He did not make it right and I wanted to forwarn anyone else that He does not fix his cars like he says and he does not make them road worthy read more

We purchased a 2012 Kia Sorrento from Blessed Auto Sales - Tommy White. We were in immediate need of a vehicle and were hopeful that we would find a vehicle that was reliable and at an affordable price. We were very happy to have found Blessed Auto Sales and the Owner, Tommy White seemed at first to be a professional individual. Upon purchasing the SUV we had immediate safety issues that we were informed were 'pre checked thoroughly' by his Mechanic whom he said fully inspects the vehicles prior to sale. We noticed the breaks and rotors were completely out along with all of the front headlamps and the front tires were low in tread in addition to the high pressure a/c hose and a secondary hose needing to be replaced the day after purchase - all safety issues that were not inspected by his Mechanic prior to sale to us. Our Mechanic whom we have had for years was upset for us about the unprofessionalism in which we have been treated by from Tommy White at Blessed Auto Sales - and told us we should be reimbursed fully by Tommy White and recommended for us to pursue legal action because of his dishonesty to us - the extreme safety issues that it is to have driven a car in this condition off of the lot unknowingly and falsely told we were safe to drive the car we thought was in good condition which we bought in faith listening to Tommy White's explanation that it was fully inspected. We contacted Tommy White to let him know of all of the issues that we have experienced with the vehicle and he was not offering any assistance to us or reimbursement for the costs of almost $1,000 in immediate repairs the day after we purchased the SUV from him. We wrote an official letter to him and contacted him via phone to let him know our negative and highly expensive repairs we paid for along with our entire experience with the vehicle we purchased from him and he is not offering assistance to reimburse us as he professionally and legally should. He is not concerned about his unprofessional transaction he had with us. We do not recommend his services due to him being untrustworthy and unprofessional toward us during our full faith in him as a Christian and as a business owner. He stated he is a Pastor and this further is disappointing and upsetting knowing he knows to treat people with honesty and not with lies and deceit.
