This dealer did not have a ton of inventory, but in our case, that made purchasing a quality vehicle SO simple because all of the cars were honestly GREAT choices for what we were looking for. The owner was very helpful and low pressure; this was such a refreshing contrast from what we would normally find on a used car lot. Our car has a salvaged title but the owner was very transparent about the vehicle history and offered that info unsolicited. If I'm not mistaken, most (if not all) of the cars are salvaged due to theft recovery - not due to body damage. We felt comfortable and in control of the entire buying process. We received our plates and tags within 1 week of purchasing our vehicle. Easy peasy! We will absolutely return to Blessed Auto Sales and will continue to refer our friends as well.

I spent some time at the lot next to the VW/Hyundai dealer and no one came to see me. That's odd. I've been to car lots where I would only be halfway out of my car and someone would be there to greet me. In any case, prices are clearly marked. Some of the cars are previous rentals, so they should have had all scheduled maintenance. They list which cars were rentals on the web site but not on the price listing. The other lot, next to the Nissan and Dodge dealers is somewhat mixed with the new vehicles and it's a bit confusing what is used (excuse me, pre-owned) and what is new. On a previous visit, a salesperson was quite helpful. This time, a salesperson stared a me, as if to figure out whether I had money or not, and then, went about his business without a word to me. I really don't want to buy a car now, but the mess is forcing this. If the sales people don't want to bother, what incentive do I have to shop there?

Doran the owner lives and breathes Saturn's (Saturn's are what he sells) He does more than just inspect them for resale. He goes through them completely and then sends them out to a reputable shop to have the mechanics looked over and makes all necessary repairs. He's a family guy. We bought these two cars for our two teenagers and he swore to us that he wouldn't sell something he wouldn't let his own kids drive or ride in. That's the type of guarantee we were looking for as parents. The cars both run and look terrific!!! I made an appointment to see the cars and he made sure they were freshly washed and presentable before I got there. I had to beg the dealership I bought a minivan from to wash the dam thing before I drove it home. If you have a problem with it down the line, call him first and he'll attempt to repair it first. Since he is a true Saturn aficionado, I find that to be the best warranty ever for a used vehicle purchase. I ran Carfax's on both vehicles and everything he said checked out and he did not misrepresent a single thing. Both vehicles had clean title no accidents. I can't recommend Ott's Auto Sales enough. The money we had to spend went a long way and I feel confident that we spent our money wisely.

Luis was the one who showed us the car initially and explained Hyundai's no nonsense approach to car buying. We visited the dealership a few times and Luis always treated us with a great smile and attitude. When it was time to pick up the car Luis was out for the day but Mary helped us with our delivery. Mary was the nicest young gal and has a love for cars like no other young woman I've met. She had us test drive the car and demonstrated the ins and outs of the infotainment system and electronics of the car. She assisted us with all our paperwork which was a seamless process.
