    I couldn't be happier!! Bianka in sales sold me the car and Khaleghi in finance was amazing as well it was such an easy process with these 2!! Even the after sale situation has been easy with these small repairs thru JC in sales and Dustin in service getting everything done in a timely fashion

    On Friday, 10/18/2024, my husband and I bought a new 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy with help from our amazing Sales Associate Giovanna! No other dealership or salesperson treated me with the same respect and kindness that Giovanna did. NO other dealership took the time to bring vehicles around for me! Many left me waiting because they were busy or were talking to another customer, but left me with a computer where I could scroll through the options. Others jumped straight into the conversation of financing even though I told them from the start I wouldn't be purchasing a vehicle on the same day. Over the next two weeks that it took us to purchase a vehicle, Giovanna would send me texts just checking in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. No other dealership ever reached out about my potential business. We went back into Hyundai 2 more times from our original visit before making the actual purchase to speak to Giovanna about pricing so we could compare to other brands. She was honest, straightforward and quick and was willing to work with us where she could along with her sales manager, whose name escapes me at the moment, but whom I was introduced to and was very friendly. The price quoted never changed and I really appreciated that because sometimes what's quoted to you is not always the same when you return for the actual purchase or so that has been my experience in the past. Giovanna is a huge part of the reason we chose to purchase with Hyundai. We went to Toyota, Kia, Mazda, Subaru, and Chevy/ Jeep/ Chrysler and could have had our choice of any vehicle, but the service at Hyundai was unmatched. I was expecting to be there all day on the day we decided to purchase our vehicle, but we were there probably all of about 2 hours from start to finish!! Hyundai had the best overall deal and included a lot of services that I have had to pay extra for in my other vehicles. One example is that their Blue Link service that allows you to control your car from your phone is free as long as you own the car! All other dealerships make you pay a monthly subscription fee for this. I also want to mention how impressed I was walking through their lounge and service center. It was way more comfortable and accommodating than my last service center! After making our purchase, Giovanna has kept in contact, checking in with my husband and I about the vehicle and making sure to answer any questions about any of the features I may have forgotten how to work or anything to do with the vehicle itself. She called me when I needed help and walked me through how to make some adjustments in my vehicle a few days after we left! I am absolutely floored by Hyundai's service and specifically by Giovanna's commitment to her customers. She is such a bright light and I'm so happy I got to work with her. Thank you Giovanna for putting my husband and I first, for being so patient and accommodating with us while we did our research and shopped around and for making me feel so comfortable during this entire experience. Thank you for your kindness and honesty. This experience has completely changed the way I view purchasing vehicles in the future. I have higher customer service standards now because of you

    This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours in purchasing my new 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited. Ask for Brannon at Central Valley Hyundai. He was a great salesman. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation, very straightforward, and didn't try to hide anything about the vehicle or the financing and made our purchasing process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible even after the fact. In the end, I walked out happily and appreciated the great customer service from the entire crew. From the beginning, I clearly stated that I was already approved through my credit union and only needed the dealership to submit the buyer's order through CUDL. Instead of cooperating with that process, I was repeatedly pushed to fill out their internal credit application and use their financing options. Even after explaining multiple times that I did not want to run my credit again, I was told it was "required" or "the only way" to proceed, which was later contradicted by my lender's instructions. I also requested real photos of the specific truck I was interested in on three separate occasions because the listing only showed generic stock images online. I never received clear or direct photos of the actual vehicle, which made it difficult to confidently evaluate what was being sold. Overall, communication felt inconsistent and disorganized, and it seemed like the goal was to shift me away from my approved financing and into their financing at a higher payment and rate rather than follow my lender's process. Because of the lack of transparency and clear information, I ultimately chose to walk away from the deal. I would strongly recommend future buyers confirm financing processes in writing and request actual vehicle photos before spending time at this dealership.

With that being said Payless was no where near the top of my list when I started my first venture of buying a car, in fact it was my last stop. I had looked at what seemed like 100 diffrent lots, every one of them promising me a good deal and that my not so pretty credit wouldn't be a problem...needless to say I was fed up with all the false advertisment that seemed to come along with buying a car. On the day I stopped at Payless I had been to several lots that day and was going to go home but I had printed out some info on a car they had that looked like it might work, so I decided to go to Payless on the off chance they could have my car. I was immediately greeted by Daniel Martinez and when I enquired about the car I had the print out for he regretfully informed me that he literally just sold it. My heart sank I was done with this whole car buying business, I turned to leave and Daniel stopped me and asked "why that car?" I let him know because it fit what I was looking for so hes asked what that was and I went into the speech I had rattled off 100 times to my different car salesmen... Daniel listen and gave me an answer no one else was able to... The answer was the cold hard truth and the reality of what my situation could afford me.... I originally was looking at a 03' jetta Daniel got me a 2011 KIA for a better price and APR then anyone offered me.... And the KIA was the newest car I looked at!!! I fell in love with the car and was so happy that is until 3 days in the check engine light came on and my heart sank again... The only thing I could think was great I got what I didn't want a lemon! I took the car right to Payless.... Daniel was out on a test drive but the other guys there quickly got me to service where they found out I needed a new catalytic converter they let me know that I should take the car to KIA as it was a manufacture part that they would fix for free since the car was under 100,000 miles. This made me slightly upset but if it was going to get fixed that's all that mattered. So instead of driving to KIA in Manteca I called first to make sure they had time... They were so rude (that's another review I should write) so I went back into service and let them know the mechanic for Payless Chris said not to worry about it he would take care of it. They had me sit down for a few minutes then Eric from Payless brought me keys to a rental car and said not to worry my car would he fixed and I could drive the rental until then (the rental was an amazing 2012 Ford fussion). A few days later I got a call that my car was done and it was perfect! I'm so happy that Payless is where I purchased my first car everyone from their sales team to their finance team to their service department is so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and most of all well informed. A 1997 SC2 with 111K on it and 1998 SL1 with 137K on it. Let's start with the basics. Doran the owner lives and breathes Saturn's (Saturn's are what he sells) He does more than just inspect them for resale. He goes through them completely and then sends them out to a reputable shop to have the mechanics looked over and makes all necessary repairs. He's a family guy. We bought these two cars for our two teenagers and he swore to us that he wouldn't sell something he wouldn't let his own kids drive or ride in. That's the type of guarantee we were looking for as parents. The cars both run and look terrific!!! I made an appointment to see the cars and he made sure they were freshly washed and presentable before I got there. I had to beg the dealership I bought a minivan from to wash the dam thing before I drove it home. If you have a problem with it down the line, call him first and he'll attempt to repair it first. Since he is a true Saturn aficionado, I find that to be the best warranty ever for a used vehicle purchase. I ran Carfax's on both vehicles and everything he said checked out and he did not misrepresent a single thing. Both vehicles had clean title no accidents. I can't recommend Ott's Auto Sales enough. The money we had to spend went a long way and I feel confident that we spent our money wisely.
