Right away I should have said No and went along my way but the guy was ensuring me that the truck was fine that it was just simply a spark plug and that THEY would fix it. Aside from the misfire everything about the truck was nice considering the miles and year Long story short i was promised they would take care of it but me having trust issues i bought a warranty they would not cover what i specifically bought the warranty for. Also when i found that out the OWNER RE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND VAVE ME "HIS WORD" THE COWARD IGNORED ALL MY MESSAGES AND DID NOT KEEP HIS PROMISE. Turns out the motors VALVES were bad and needed to be replaced Ended up being 2k+ in work. The only reason i give this 1 star is because the younger salesman was nice and respectful.

Upon arriving to the dealership we brought along a code reader to ensure that there in fact we're no issues. However this was not the case, we discovered that there were I. Fact multiple issues with the car (fuel pump issues as well as electrical issues). There was also damage in the interior that was not pictured on the Facebook market place ad. We decided to take the car for a test drive and as soon as the car started the check engine light was on. The test drive started out very smooth and then about 5 minutes into it the car drove completely different, it was vibrating and no longer drove smooth. When we got back to the dealership the car had a burning odor coming from it. When we told him that there were issues with the drive he claimed that I did not put the oil stick back in correctly, then when we mentioned the electrical issues he said it could be a simple spark plug (it's not). They gave us a price sheet and let us walk the lot. When it came time to test drive, the keys were handed over without accompaniment. No absurd upscales or gimmicks with pricing as she paid in cash. They do NOT accept checks, so have a credit card ready or be prepared to drive to your bank to have a cashier's check issued. Pretty painless indeed. Oddly enough, the salesman refused to disclose the lot owner's name... Make of that what you will! Now, as far as their inventory, and the reason I have not rated this place higher, as acknowledged by their salesmen, most of these vehicles are bought at auction with unknown service/driving histories. By all means, purchase a car here, but remember the sage advice: CAVAET EMPTOR! They have no problem selling you a lemon you did not duly check for defects and bad repairs! A 3,000 mile, 3 month warranty is issued on the drivetrain (at least it was when purchased at the sticker price!), but this is really nothing. Bring a friend or family member who knows cars and diligently inspect everything from the drivetrain to the engine to the electronics. Have an independent mechanic check it out for you if need be. $80 for an evaluation could save you thousands of dollars in the long run! They are a decent used car lot, but don't treat them any different than you would a private seller trying to offload a junker! At least a private seller would know the history and not just be flipping auction cars.

They had compressor and regulator replaced (cost them almost $2000), but honored the original price we agreed upon before anyone knew about the ac issue. Have had the car a week. All works great. They made a customer out of me. Will start here next time we are in the marker for a used car!
