I don't usually like when car salesmen circle you like vultures. But Rob just came out of the door and introduced himself to my husband and I. Over the phone, the staff were friendly and easy going. When we arrived, the car was ready to look at. It was exactly what we wanted. We had a budget and were able to stay within that budget. The whole process took less than an hour. The company has a real down to earth feel-they take your photo next to the new car and post it on their wall! The staff have an easy way about them that makes you feel comfortable and not like you're being manipulated. It's a very small dealership and off the beaten path, but soooo worth your while! Also want to note that they let us take the vehicle home the night before purchasing with a small deposit so we could have our mechanic take a look at it. Jon, the service advisor, was friendly, clear, and professional.
