Yes, the front office is not exactly a candidate for any type of interior decor award. No, the staff don't greet you in white lab coats or monogrammed polo shirts as you see at dealerships. But.. You already know that. In a moment you'll hear the REST OF THE STORY. We own a 1995 Honda Civic. This is our "back up" car. My wife had it when we married. I have never driven it. I don't do stick shifts! I noticed the inspection decal was about to expire. The inspector said it failed due to the muffler. The Minute Man folks were awesome. They informed me that they could fix it to pass inspection but advised getting a new muffler before it has to be inspected again in one year. They did the work. It passed the inspection but the inspector told me pretty much the same thing as the Minute Man guys did. Yes, it passed but over time the internal filters in a muffler (certainly one from Long Island NY as old as this one was) rot out from moisture. We will get the new muffler installed by these great guys. They were one of the lowest cost folks out there in the Schertz Cibolo area. We left the car off and it was ready by 9am the next day.
