Jay diagnosed mine and explained everything in plain English without being patronizing. He's very responsive to messages, gave an honest assessment and didn't try to overcharge or upsell me. When we were told that the vehicle was ready, I asked if there was a warranty on the alignment and was told by Gus that the owner would not allow a warranty. We paid for the services and drove the vehicle, and the alignment was severely off to the right. We returned to the shop, and while at the counter Mr. Garmon came from the shop very hostilely and spoke in a very unprofessional tone regarding the alignment. Mr. Garmon stated that the alignment was correct per the specs and that we purchased some cheap tires from China is why the alignment was off. After not being able to reason with the owner regarding the alignment we asked for a refund. He refused but indicated that he would rotate new tires to solve the problem. Consequently, we did not allow additional service non-related to the issue. I would not recommend this repair shop. Marvin W.
