I called right when they opened and they were able to take me in right away! I received a phone call a little over and hour later from the mechanic informing me that I had an issue with my belt. The mechanic said the belt was structurally intact and looked new but was responsible for the sound. He said he sprayed it with WD 40 which eliminated the sound but informed me it would come back eventually. He told me I could replace the belt to eliminate the sound permanently or I could pass on replacing the belt as it was still functioning properly and brand new. Definitely a mechanic I will be back to visit as I know they are not trying to stick me with random charges for parts I don't need.

The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop. Mr. Garmon stated that the alignment was correct per the specs and that we purchased some cheap tires from China is why the alignment was off. After not being able to reason with the owner regarding the alignment we asked for a refund. He refused but indicated that he would rotate new tires to solve the problem.
