Typical "hood" business.. Got a used tire from them a few days ago.. Washed my car last night and this morning I noticed that the tire had a crack on the edge by the remaining tread that went around the entire tire.. Took it back to ask about a warranty replacement and was told that all four tires looked the same.. After I pointed out to the young man that after looking at all 4 tires that clearly wasn't the case he proceeded to tell me that chances are the tire would probably be fine and if the tread did come flying off he would take care of it then.. I then pointed out how much it might cost me to get from the scene of the blow out back to him and he stuck by his position... Instead of honoring their stated warranty and just replacing the tire... So, if you are desperate and have no other choice and you do buy a used tire from them; make sure to wash the tire off thoroughly and CHECK FOR ANY CRACKS ANYWHERE NEAR THE TREAD AREA... Better to get on their nerves a little and get a tire THAT DOESNT HAVE TIRE ROT.... From now on, I'll be going somewhere else to get my tires... read more

After trying several places, this spot gave excellent and quick service. Very knowledgeable staff, no high pressure sales tactics and I know a decent amount about cars/tires- they just fixed the problem and highlighted what had happened to the tire. This place was a disappointment despite being referred to them through a close friend. I filed a claim against them in small claims court. They charged me almost $1900 for repairs only for my car to break down less than 5 miles from the location. I towed my car to the Ford Athens dealership where they found the parts in my car that were replaced by reliable tires were faulty. I tried communicating with innocent the manager several times to resolve the issue and get my money back. They have not tried to resolve the issue and I am disappointed in the service I was given but will see them in court. I will never trust this place again. read more

Always perfect service: Quick reliable and honest. The prices are unbeatable and the tires always last. The waiting area is the regular mechanic shop 2 couches and a TV but they do provide a Keurig machine for coffee. The best part is they have Netflix and Hulu on the TV, a pleasant surprise and A++++ for me. Having the option to put on a cartoon was great for keeping my busy 2 year old occupied for the 20 minute tire change. A have came to this establishment several time and I get consistent excellent customer service. Especially the younger guy name Joe, he is by far one of the best. read more

Tires went flat on me today right as i was riding past Reliable Tires. I would definitely do business here again. As I pulled up someone met me as i was getting out of car. They looked at the problem with my tire, had a quick resolution, confirmed with me the cost and i was on my way within minutes.
