I contacted my original roofing company-still under warranty-Noland's Roofing to come examine and give me an estimate for my roof repair(s). Unfortunately, the service I received from Noland's Roofing Company was unprofessional, overpriced, delayed and they failed to make repairs under my original warranty as well I quickly used googles search engine: where I located Revolution Contractors Roofing & Solar inc. I checked their reviews. This company had All 5 Stars which gave me confidence by contacting them-immediately. On the same day of my initial call; I was referred to a Roofing Specialist by the name of Andrew. Using a respectful time frame, he came to my residence and installed a tarp to prevent any further damages to my broken skylight and water leakage from my ceiling. Andrew is extremely insightful of the company's products. He carefully listened to my concerns and addressed all of my roof issues. Andrew is an amazing roof specialist with the utmost patience for customers. On August 11, 2023, Revolution Contractors Roof & Solar inc. completed the most beautiful roof repair that I could imagine. I am so happy and thankful for Andrew and his crew men who took their time to remove my damaged roof and skylight and gave me a new roof that is close to perfection. You All are the BEST!!! I am so grateful, I found this company on google. I personally believe, Revolution Contractors Roof & Solar inc. will eventually dominate the roofing industry in Florida because of their professionalism, quality workmanship, excellent materials, affordable prices and prompt services. I strongly urge others to do their research. I had no idea I was working with Palmetto because they are outside contractors out of Solaria Solar and Roofing. Look up reviews for Palmetto/Lightreach Solar, which is one of the financing vendors they use and see for yourself. Palmetto has multiple complaints with the BBB and all over the internet. I should of known better. A Solaria solar sales rep convinced my husband and I to sign the deal by promising we would only pay $102 a month -- nothing more, and that the panels would generate enough kWh to run my entire home. He never emailed us the agreement to review and said he wasn't even able to because it's not a long-term contract, that it's just four page disclosure on his work iPad. That rep has since been terminated for lying to other customers as well.

For what is in the contract. I wish I would have lie eyed to the reviews before I decided to go with these jokers. Run ... run fast and don't look back. The company told us that was standard install procedure and wouldn't do anything about it, so we stopped using the softener (our HOA requires us to have trees and plants there). My wife was very disappointed, but I honestly didn't like the soft water anyway. Now, the solar water heater they installed is giving us an error code and they want almost $400 to come take a look at it. What a ripoff! I ran a business for 26 years and can't fathom how these people keep any customers.
