Exceptional service, flawless install, and a truly top-tier solar system…read more Radiant Energy Solar absolutely exceeded my expectations. The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Energy Solar to friends and family--and in fact, two of my friends have already installed the same system, and all of us are over the moon with the results. Big applause to the Radiant Energy Solar team and to EG4 for putting together what is very likely one of the best solar solutions on the market today. Highly recommended.

Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. If you are in need of a roof repair or replacement, I strongly encourage you to contact Revolution Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

Had an equipment failure, not Solar Trek fault, and they got out to my house and took care of the situation and handled all warranty claims for the equipment. The owner even called me after the install to ensure I was a happy customer and asked for feedback for improved customer service.

Since my solar has been installed and up and running because it did take Clay Electric several months to switch my meter which is not Solar Trek's issue. $206 + $130 $178+ $130 $213 + $130 $202 + $130 $127 + $130 $132 + $130 I also have a home in California with solar and its a little larger and too date my bills are $0 or negatives every month which makes me question the quality of my system by Solar Trek. In December my solar payment jumps to $185 per month so do your homework before you buy. I'm giving them 2 stars because they did a nice job on the generator(generator alone is 4 stars)and they always come out when I call them but I don't think solar is their area of expertise.

This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I strongly…read morerecommend looking elsewhere. After Hurricane Milton, we discovered leaks in our roof and filed a claim with our homeowners insurance. Initially, the insurance company did not want to cover the roof. A friend of ours who worked for this roofing company assured us they had a lawyer who could fight the claim, so we trusted him and moved forward. After nearly a year, the claim was approved. However, the estimate jumped from $16,000 (pre-insurance) to $25,000 once insurance was involved, a significant increase. By the time work was finally scheduled, our friend was no longer with the company. When installation day arrived, we were excited to finally fix our leaking roof. The crew showed up and began work. Everything seemed fine until I left briefly, and my husband called me in a panic. Midway through the job, with part of the roof already shingled, the crew suddenly claimed the roof pitch was too low and said they needed to switch to rolled roofing. At no point prior to this, despite multiple people inspecting the roof, was pitch ever mentioned. The explanation given to my husband was unclear, and we believed they were adding an underlayer before continuing with shingles. Instead, they removed materials and left us with a partially shingled roof and rolled roofing on other sections. This was not what we agreed to, nor what was in our contract. The result looked terrible. Something I have never seen in my life. To make matters worse, they left nails and debris all over our yard. My husband stepped on a nail that went through his shoe. We have a child and two dogs. This was completely unacceptable. A representative named Phillip eventually came out, acknowledged the pitch issue, and suggested alternatives. He even offered a metal roof option using materials they already had, which we were happy with. However, after agreeing to this, we heard nothing for two weeks. Then, unexpectedly, a building inspector showed up to inspect the roof as if the job were complete. It failed due to poor workmanship. At this point, we lost all trust in the company. Phillip later presented us with three options: 1. Leave the roof as-is 2. Replace with a different color rolled roofing (why?!) 3. Pay out of pocket for a metal roof (claiming insurance would not cover it) This turned out to be misleading. After contacting our insurance company (USAA), we were told we could choose the roofing type. We would only be responsible for any additional cost beyond coverage. Through emails, I was able to contact the Chief Building Inspector, who personally came out to assess our roof. He confirmed that only two small areas required rolled roofing. The rest could and should be shingled. One of those low-pitch areas had already been incorrectly shingled by this company. I relayed this information and requested they complete the job properly. Months passed with no resolution. Communication became increasingly unprofessional, and I ultimately had to send a formal demand for completion of work while exploring legal options. After all of this, they finally did what should have been done from the beginning: shingled the roof where appropriate and used rolled roofing only where necessary. They also cleaned up the debris. Something that should never have been an issue in the first place. Even now, I am not satisfied with the final result and will be hiring another company to redo the roof with metal. This entire experience was very stressful, drawn out, and completely avoidable. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Avoid this company!

For 5 months, there was zero communication regarding the project status, so I cancelled in December 2021 and signed with PES Solar. As it turned out, I did not need a Tier II system (which requires additional liability insurance) to cover my energy consumption. The original company oversold me on the system size. By April 2022, I was up and running after a one day installation. All the crew were prompt in arrival, professional, polite during the process and did an excellent clean-up before their departure. There was a minimal delay before installation with my building department as I needed to file a "Change of Contractor" form, to assign responsibility to PES Solar from the company I had initially signed with. Because of the time of year I began service, my FPL bill dropped to the monthly minimum for the first 2-3 months until we entered into the hottest summer months. At that time, I did receive a couple of bills over the FPL monthly minimum but were under $80 for the month. I did not have any credits built up on my account from Jan - Apr which are the cooler months. Since that time, my monthly bill has been the same every month except the last billing cycle of the month which reflects the annual reconciliation/credit from FPL. So in conclusion, my residential rooftop solar project is doing everything I had hoped and how I was told it would perform. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The system has the top of the line equipment and PES Solar moved the project along seamlessly. I will and have recommended PES to many. PES also pays $500 per referral for any one who buys a system. The representative I spoke with said I would need to pay a $249 service fee for them to send someone out and determine the issue. I paid the fee and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. The tech that came out said he was going to put in a warranty claim for four of the microinverters. I called PES Solar on June 4 to confirm the information and was told that the claim was submitted and panels would be sent directly to me. Once I receive them, give them a call and they would send someone out to install them. I called on June 23 to find out when I should expect to receive the panels, and was told that they "pushed" through some update and now it's just two panels that were out. They needed to send a tech out again to try some things on the panels to see if they could get them up and running. Someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. No one called. I called on June 30 and they are closed the whole week for Independence Day. I called three times on July 7 and left two voicemail messages to have someone call back. I didn't receive one. I called July 8 and left a message. My husband also called and left a message. No call back. My husband called yesterday, and now the mailbox is full. I'm not sure what's going on, but this is very irritating. We have two panels that are producing no energy and a provider that doesn't seem to care.
