We could see the staff texting and calling and finally one of the people working said that she was not good at it, but she offered to write on the cake for us. She didn't do a great job (all we wanted was "Happy Birthday" and my brother's name) but it was better than nothing, and my sister and I truly appreciated those that tried to assist us. My rating is based upon the horrible service by the person who was supposed to do the writing, and the fact that we paid $35 for a chocolate cake that was dry and not very good.
