He the owner would come in every 2 months to change the filter and it was always around dinner time. There is a lot of police activity on NW 5th Ave and therefore I did not feel safe. The rent is to high for the neighborhood. They charged me 600.00 for labor to paint a few areas. Totally out of line. It was up for rent within a few days because I left it spotless.

Don't wait until the sale is over and then all of a sudden, lay claim to items in the house that were supposed to go WITH the house. Further, you do NOT sit in the driveway with your goons for FOUR HOURS demanding to be let in the house after the keys have been turned over to the owner, you had NO right to handle this the way you did and I would not recommend you to anyone thinking of buying or selling.
