Ordered the Big Mutha - wife had the Jabroni. I asked for Medium. It came in 2 patties which I was not used to from the other Blind Pig I normally would go to. Waitress stated that was how they did it here. I asked if it was a franchise - she stated the were"affiliated " with the other Blind Pig taverns. Made me feel like it probably was a franchise. Which would explain the microwaved burger I received. PAST well done on 1 side towards the middle yet med rare on the other side of 1 pattie. 2nd pattie was well done across the whole thing. Can't do that w/o a microwave. I paid $15.64 for a MICROWAVED BURGERw /2 sauces + fries. If you like expensive fast microwaved food then this is the place for you. I went in for lunch at 11:30 on a Tuesday. I had heard good things so this was my first trip in. I got a cheeseburger and cole slaw. My burger was overcooked and dry and inedible. Only been here once because I live in Atlanta. I got a veggie burger Cajun seasoned and blackened with pimento cheese melted on top. This burger didn't even taste like a "veggie" burger after they got finished with it. Highly recommended trying it. I was with a party of 8 and every one of them said I won with that choice. And get the fries with cheese on them. It's a melted queso they top them with. Both of these choices will have me stopping g here when I'm in Athens. read more

We came by for dinner after the Terrapin anniversary party for a late night dinner and really enjoyed it. Make no mistake, this is not something fancy or formal, very similar to a Locos or something along those lines. We had our dog but they havve outdoor seating so that wasn't an issue. They even have an bartender/waiter outside so we never had to wait on a drink or anything else we needed. There were some guys playing corn hole in the grass off the deck and there were multiple tvs outside to watch sports. The service was fast and the food is bar style (wings, nachos, burgers, etc.). I had the nachos and even the "small" portion was huge and just what I needed after a day of drink craft beer. We stopped in for drinks on 11/11 and didn't have any major complaints, all though I do not recommend their margarita because it taste horrible and burns the whole way down... the after taste of each sip is also horrible. The staff wasn't super welcoming but the bar tender seemed friendly enough. read more

Always a weird experience. Service is friendly and quick. Food is good, but management needs to pay attention to customer experience. During summer months, flies are numerous. We were told it was because of proximity of dumpsters. Last night, 12/13/2017 around 8:00, plumber came to repair a restroom issue and propped the back door open and allowed cold wind to come through the restaurant. When questioning staff we were told the door needed to be opened so he could come in and out. We had to leave to get warm. read more

I frequent this Blind Pig often with several of my friends but the manager that is on tonight was very rude and unprofessional, this is not the first encounter my friends and I have had with this particular manager..I understand it gets hectic but professionalism is always a must.. really thinking about not returning to that location any more. I love the atmosphere at this blind big. It's an easy walk from my house and the food is really good. I love the wings, I usually get the blackened honey. So delicious. Also their sweet potato tots are addicting, I can't stop eating them. My boyfriend is a huge fan of the double d and probably eats it once a week. read more

This an okay place to eat. It's nice if you've never been. A dark bar like atmosphere, comparable to Locos pub. I was testing out Philly Cheeses steaks at all of the local bar/grills. I can say that the Blind beats Locos hands down. The onion rings wernt bad either. read more

I came to Blind Pig not knowing what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and the drink and dinner menus had quite a variety. The hostess greeted us quickly and our server, Sarah, was amazing. She was knowledgeable and very upbeat while recommending a meal for each of us. She suggested a Margarita. I wasn't a fan of the breading on the cheese sticks, but the Gator tail Gumbo was fantastic. I would highly recommend it. read more

This is a perfect bar food type of place if you're actually craving that food. The food here is actually REALLY good I was shocked because I thought it was just going to be your ordinary bar food kind of place. I come to blind pig a lot. I really do think it's great food and service, but today on Monday it wasn't as par as it should have been. I ordered the fully loaded nachos, large; and it came with half the chips than it usually does. I order extra chips to match the amount they usually give and had to pay extra. Hate to say this, the Blind Pig is hit and miss on their food. read more
