Not sure why I forgot to write a review when I initially worked with blinds brothers earlier this year. Exceptional service on all fronts. They are VERY easy to schedule with - I message on Yelp, and they get back to me within the hour, and they'll follow up with you if you suck (like me) and forget to respond to them. They bring these cute little samples and hold them up to your window to show you the difference between sheer, light filtering and blackout. They have a million different shades of white. I told the guy I wanted white and he talked me out of white, white because it's super sterile; he was correct! I went with marshmallow :) My blackout curtains upstairs are the bomb and make my bedroom like a CAVE, even with a street lamp right outside my window. I asked them to move my blinds further back this week so I could fit plants in my windowsill, and they came within the week fo free. I have nothing but great things to say about Blind Brothers! We bought our house as a new construction house which meant there were no window treatments anywhere in the house. Obviously, I did not want to shower in a bathroom without blinds or shades so we reached out to two window treatment companies - Blind Brother being one of them. We reached out to the other company, Allure, first and they came out to show samples and provide an estimate. They were thorough and had a lot of samples but they quoted us over $3,500 for 7 window shades. I wasn't ordering anything crazy and the price seemed a little high but I had never purchased shades before so we decided to reach out to another company for one more quote. My husband called Blind Brothers and they sent someone to us within 2 days! The person that came to show us samples and measure the windows was very courteous, thorough, and wore a mask throughout his visit! After he measured each of the windows and I told him which colors I wanted for the shades, they provided us with a quote that was more than 50% less than what Allure quoted us! I paid the full amount on the spot and they ordered our shades and set up a call back to schedule our installation once the shades came in. My order arrived after about 2 weeks and the installation was so quick and smooth I barely even noticed him in the house. He made sure to keep everything clean and when he noticed that one shade had a streak he said they would order a new one and replace it at no charge. We ordered shades for several rooms and a sliding door, and it was an A-plus experience from beginning to end. Soon after scheduling with Katya, Yehuda came to our home with samples and was very helpful in selecting the right colors and fabrics. The shades were ordered and in less than three weeks Mendy was here for a perfect installation. We have one room where we needed light diffusing shades during the day and blackout shades at night, and we had the two shades installed, one in front of the other. There are no chains or strings to mar the look (or create a hazard for kids and pets), and the shades (and valances in matching fabric) look great. I was grateful that they were able to come by and measure all the windows I was interested in having blinds placed. I actually had them come out twice since I was indecisive on what type of blinds I was looking to use and they were completely professional each time. In the time of covid, they came with masks on and were very diligent with working around and making sure they followed appropriate guidelines. Working with them was very simple - they communicate effectively and timely (most of my commication was over email but I also was able to work with them over text.) On the day of install, they were on time and worked around my work from home commitments so the noise level was opposite of when I had meetings going on. In the end, super happy with the final product! The install was a breeze. All items fit exactly and the look is exactly what I wanted! They also worked with me to price match a competitor which was very generous of them. We are so glad we chose Blind Brothers for our windows. They came out to my home so we could look at samples in our own space and provided an estimate of our choices soon after. They were really patient with us and we did not feel pressured to use them. I really appreciated how they respected our home without hesitancy and followed covid recommendations especially since we have a little one. Very professional throughout the whole process. Our shades were ready in about a month but we weren't ready for them to be installed yet and they were very understanding. We chose linen shades and they are beautiful! We found Blinds Brothers and emailed them and we revived a response back VERY quickly! I was very impressed then but just wait. I spoke with Yahuda and he set up an appointment to do a free estimate in two days. The day before he courteously called as a reminder and gave his ETA as well as the day of. He brought over tons of samples and measured each and every window and slider & helped me with picking out a more contemporary style of shade for our open concept home. Explained everything and was so helpful to this unknowledgeable homeowner. My spouse was at work and very laggy with his responses to my pic msg so yahuda helped me pick out type and design that would go with the way my house is already set up and everything he picked was the same as what my spouse replied with. He even prevented me from getting hideous vertical blinds for our two sliders!!!! (Thank you so much!) We ended up going with 2' faux wood blinds for bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms, solar shades "waterfall" style for the sliders, and flat/fold roman shades for our 2 living rooms. In 3 weeks our custom roman shades were ready and we were more than ready for some privacy from our neighbors. I believe his brother and b-in-law came to install. Working with Blinds Bros was extremely easy, and Yehuda is impressively responsive. It's been a few weeks and now my apartment is a lot cooler with these shades, but the nice part is that I can still see out the window with them closed. After seeing Blind Bros on Insta & Yelp, I knew that they were a good bet for us as we just purchased a new dev home. I also knew I wanted motorized blinds, with the ability to control / schedule things from my phone. From the first consultation (with Asher, who rocks by the way) to the actual installation, it was very personable, but professional. We also felt as though they gave us great pricing. Asher clearly laid out the various options (with or without motor function, valances, etc) and even brought a binder full of swatches to allow us to review the design choices. The install took approx. 3 hours for 12 relatively large windows with motorized function for 5 of them. Upon completion, Asher went to each window to review and vacuumed / touched up any spots that needed it. Full service indeed! Within an hour, I received a call from one of the owners and set up an appointment for them to come out within a few days. They arrived right on time with a ton of great samples and options for us. We quickly found something we really loved and were given a promise of installation within 2 wks and a total cost of only $650 (with a Yelp deal of $100 off).
