All expectations were delivered by Jesse and the order was placed. The finished product was delivered maybe a week or so early and we set the appointment for the install. On install day, Josh arrived promptly at the set appointment time and he did an initial walk through for all of the window locations (14 of them). What i thought was a nice touch was that he also set additional expectations that John would be coming out to support this install. No response at all. Getting very frustrated. My wife is talking about taking legal action against him to recover our down payment.
