I made an appointment for 12 PM. I showed up with gel nails. They told me it was gonna be $18 for a manicure as soon as I sit down she tells me that it's gonna be five dollars extra if you take off the gel. I have never been to an establishment where they charge you five extra dollars to take off gel nail polish. It's just acetone to soak off. It's not acrylic. This place is scamming people and trying to get extra money out of them whenever possible. read more

The lady who gave me pedicure was very aggressive, she kept asking the other employee to talk to me since no matter how many times i keep repeating myself she still doesn't understand what I'm asking for (which was just gel and no acrylic) only for her to give me regular manicure and when i corrected her she started talking to the other employee and got angry and grabbed cottons and smacked the box with anger, sheesh lady its not my fault you don't speak English in America.. I'm a person of fairness. And since I was treated poorly, here it is. I arrived a few minutes earlier than my appt and was told to seat on one of the mani booth(mind you I had mani and pedi that day). So I sat there since the only 2 staff was with a person each. I sat for about 6mins then was asked to switch to the massage chair where I can soak in my feet. Then sat there for another 5-10min and my feet turned pruned and wrinkly at this point still waiting for someone. This wasn't the issue since I had some time to spare before I had to leave. Finally, One staff came and started working on my feet. Then the manager came no too long after. The manager who should know better about "nails" started using a thin sheet of plastic material to separate my fill, part of my previous acrylic, from my fingernails. And it was forcefully detaching, I knew this wasn't the right way as they normally use the soaked cotton and wrapped foil to let things soften and then undo the nails. It started to hurt. She tore through the nail linings with the same plastic and at times with the scissor. There wasn't much nail left on each finger where it bent really easily. This was even before they started filing even thinner! The photo will tell you how horrible her work was. I had to tell her to stop before she messes up all my nails. I wanted to walk out in the middle as no one should feel this unpleased. The man who started my pedi finished my nails as well within 2.5hours. At this point, I was late to my next destination. Needless to say manager was Careless and bias. She was all over and bestie with the next new customer. Never coming back. read more

You need to train your employees better, a friend of mine came to get a pedicure and as the old woman with the glasses started to work on her feet with the pedicure tool( looks like a cheese grater) CUT her foot. My friend told her not to work in that area but the worker kept going, then once again my friend told her "please stop it hurts you're going to make me bleed". When my friend lifts up her foot she sees that her foot is BLEEDING. Literally blood in the tub of water filled with dirt, nail debri, and blood etc. My friend then proceeds to tell her "I don't want to dip my foot back in there, I can get an infection". The worker then says "I will change the water" but DIPS her FOOT back into the dirty water after she said she would change. My friends toes aren't even painted on nicely, her French tips are crooked??? And even after all that, when she goes to pay, she tells the front desk the experience she had and all they could say was "I'm sorry, your total is $51.00" Not even a discount after 2 HOURS OF PAIN. I suffer from ingrown big toe nails and she cut it down with Zero pain. I felt relaxed and comfortable (especially in this post covid world).
