Take me as an example to never cheat on your nail salon again I usually go to Happiness Nails, but they were fully booked last weekend so I decided to try a different salon since I wanted a simple set with a basic color. I figured who could mess that up? I was very wrong! My nails came out uneven, chunky, and just overall bad, and I couldn't stand looking at them for another few days. I made an appointment with Tracy as soon as I could, and Romeo worked on my nails. I showed him an inspo picture and he went straight to work. He removed the old acrylics, applied a fresh new set, perfected the shape, corrected the length, and got the color exactly right. It literally went from "don't look at my hands" to "let me show you my nails" in one session. Romeo, Tracy, and Nancy are amazing at what they do, give tips on nail care, and never make you feel rushed. I always say "one last chance" to this damn place but today was the last straw. They do not listen and just do whatever the fuck they want on your nails even after repeating yourself excessively. I love the color and the way they came out.. except for my thumb on my left hand, the nail is slightly but noticeably crooked. Went in to get ONE broken nail fixed with acrylic (rest are my natural nails) and the lady that helped me did an awful job. First I had to point out the uneven paint (crooked lines along the edges) before the top coat but after the top coat, I noticed that now the crevices were filled with nail polish and stuck to my skin all around. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked to speak to the owner and with ZERO APOLOGY, she repeatedly asked me what I wanted. It was very clear she did not care about the quality of her work nor would she understand the issue since she thought what she did was acceptable so I proceeded to the owner and shared my disappointing experience. Once again, there was no apology coming from anyone, they just simply offered to fix it but by then I just wanted it removed so I could fix it myself at home. (They charged me $5 for this garbage of a nail + $2 tip because I'm not rude) I usually paint my nails myself because I have the professional equipment and gel polishes at home and even I do a better job than what I received here at this nail salon (she didn't even bother to apply a base coat) The acrylic itself was fine and the interior was clean. I really wanted to like this place especially because there was an adorable French bulldog that hung out in the corner but i will not return to this place. read more

This is my third time going here and unfortunately my last. My first time here I was actually very happy. The staff was very friendly and my gel mani and pedi was awesome! The second time I came here I got a gel mani that was very rushed and lasted less than a week. It was done very poorly and I had polish all over my cuticles. I decided to give this place one more chance for a dip powder mani, something I am new to. First off, the manicurist cut my cuticle that is still bleeding the day after. It was pretty painful and she was not very concerned or apologetic. Second off, I'm not a fan of how they do dip powder here. Everyone dips their fingers into the same tub, without at least washing their hands first. I don't think that's very hygienic and am searching for a place that does it in a cleaner way.
