I love all the ladies here, they are friendly, professional and especially they take their time to take a good care of my nails. The store is very cute, clean and smell good. I came in for duck nails with design and both girls Helen and Lee worked together to make my nails absolutely 100% perfect! Helen did most of the leg work such as nail shaping, creating the perfect duck tip that not every nail salon can do, placing the gemstones down perfectly and locking them in etc. It's so admirable how she was so gentle about everything. With that said, if you need to remove your acrylics ask for Helen because she does it SO gently and pain free. Lee finished off my set with her artistic talent and drew the Hello Kitty and leopard print on 4 of my fingers. Both girls were so kind and gentle which is sadly rare at nail salons nowadays. I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best set I have ever gotten. I will be sad when it grows out, but I will definitely come back to get another cute set done by Helen and Lee!! Very disappointed with overall general experience. The lady providing my Pedicure was nice, however, she was corrected several times by a senior staff and the owner- which clearly made her nervous. She missed a few steps, and for the prices, I would have expected attention to detail especially when they are supervising and correcting her. The chair did not work (had no electrical power- so the chair could not move and was positioned farther back) and they reported that not all the chairs work. It's unfortunate to have had this experience. I had very high expectations from reading the reviews and word of mouth. If they could not accommodate providing this service, I would of appreciated being told we can not take you at this time. To have avoided this mediocre service. When I asked if she was new- they all spoke for her. I have always respected nail techs and valued this profession. THIS experiences questions the hygienic, training and overall integrity of this location. Do not recommend! Good luck. read more

I came back to give this place another try but unfortunately my 3 star rating still stands. I always go to nail shops in Morgan Hill but I do live in Gilroy so wanted to scope out a closer spot Not sure who my nail tech was, but I assume it was Lee as she was the one answering the phone calls/in the first chair. With regards to the fill, the shape and filling was good - its thin and had a good shape so I was optimistic with the results however when it came down to the paint/design, it was no where near the reference picture and I should have spoken up at the time to fix it but in the moment I already decided I would not return. Therefore I am removing 2 stars for the following reason: - I didn't like the fact that the employees were speaking Vietnamese the whole time - I actually understand everything even though I don't look Viet so it was not a relaxing vibe to have me listen to them make some negative comments ( not bout me or the other clients, just overall what they were discussing) - I made an appointment but I guess a regular client walked in earlier for their time slot so at that point I felt rushed, hence why there wasn't a good paint job. At no point did the nail tech checkin and ask me to confirm I was ok with the shape, design, etc. She did her thing and then I was quickly out the seat - No effort to engage with me, just kept chatting away with her coworker Even though I was not happy, I still gave a generous tip to at least acknowledge the filling was good. Overall the prices are cheaper but I would rather pay a bit more for a nicer environment and for a tech that makes more of an effort to ensure I am happy. I will stick with my regular nail shop in Morgan Hill. After my fill at Blink, i ended up going to a different shop in Gilroy to remove the gel polish and had them just paint over with a simple color. A $45 fill at Blink + tip and then a color change at another shop was $17 + tip so in total it would have been the same price of a fill at my usual shop. Lesson learned, never cheat on your nail tech. read more

I went here about a month ago to get a full set done. Pricing is unbeatable in my opinion; however, I asked for a square shape and the lady doing my nails gave me an elongated ugly square shape. There was nothing cute about it. And at the end of my session, all of my nails were sore and hurting which lasted a couple days. I got my nails removed last week from a different location and 8 of my finger nails have the "ring of fire" which usually occurs from over drilling. I will never go back to this place.
