Please do not go here! There careless and don't take accountability. I scheduled an appointment with Jessica and the entire time I told her my eye was burning. She would fan my eye and continue working. At the end when she handed me a mirror my eye lid was swollen. Never did she say she was sorry. I continue to tell her my eye lid was swollen and how my eye was burning. She never said anything. She continue to charge. The next day my eye had a lot of green eye boogers. I decided to make a last minute appointment Saturday night for a Sunday appointment that was available. I received a confirmation email right away and Amy was in contact with me within a few minutes. I arrived to a beautiful reception room and was greeted by Amy right away. This was my first time doing anything professionally with my eyebrows and Amy took her time explaining the process to me and was very gentle. I didn't feel much of the process and was so comfortable I fell asleep through most of it. I loved Amy's work and her gentle nature, I will be visiting soon for my eyelashes and touch up. read more

I came to this place to get a lash lift and tint. I was met with Unexperienced Lash artist. By far the worst place, I've been to. Jessica was HORRIBLE!!! It was clear she did not know what she was doing. My eyelash are stuck together they look like pubes. I tried complaining to " Amy" the manager, she was just as worse. She was rude. She does not care about her customers. Both my sister and I tried this place for the 1st time based on reviews she had Jazmin do her eyelashes, her eyelashes were just as bad as mine. Stay away from this horrible place!!! Not only is it pricey you will end up pissed off. My eyelashes are ruined. There's nothing I can do. There was no lift nor tint. As you can see on the picture nothing was done. There was glue left on the eyelids. It was just a really bad job. I am so disappointed. read more

However, 7 day ago I went in for a classic full set of lashes and the results were less than satisfactory. I noticed many of the lashes falling out within the first couple days. I've had this service done many, many times over the last few years, however this was my first time getting the service at Bl.ink. Because I've had this service so many times before I know how to properly care for lashes. They seem to not have been properly applied. I reached out via their Instagram account but was just told to come in for a one week fill. Needless to say I was not going to invest more money into their unsatisfactory service. In this review I am giving them 3 stars and I have most of my lash services done there. I also have my eyebrows done there and I have referred people there I've also had a facial there. Just recently on Sunday it was a tragedy I had a girl do my lashes and text me after the fact to tell me that my lashes were damaged and clumped together. It was only because I told Amy, which I believe is the supervisor/owner there that I wanted a more full and I felt that they were going to come out. The girl was amateur she washed and clean my lashes like she didn't know what she was doing. I believe her name is Ashley and then for her to text me and offend me. I think I need to find another place to get my services done. I should probably let you know this to that I didn't complain to Amy I just said I wanted them for and she asked me who did them. I understand that they believe that I didn't care for my lashes properly which I did but I shouldn't have to explain myself after I've paid for a service. I was in my car and I was recently crying if they were clumped then if she wash them and dry them right decision of been a problem.
