On numerous appointments especially early on I even showed her images of the brow shape I wanted. Fast forward months later and the price increasing numerous times (I think it went from $15 to $30?) (which I didn't mind because I was committed to having my brows be that shape and knew I needed a professional to do so), I complained for the first time in those two years that my brows weren't at the shape I had wanted them to be, in fact, they were progressively getting more arched and thinner, which I didn't want. I even showed her pictures of me from before when I started and how my brows were much more arched now. Even though I was very patient and this was the first time I had any criticism in those two years, she was very rude about it. In fact, she even said, "oh you were looking for that type of brow, I thought you meant something else". Again, I understand how she could forget despite me even showing her images of the brow shape I wanted, but it would've been nice if she could ask me to clarify at the beginning of my appointments if she was unsure. And knowing this, that she was doing a completely different shape on me than what I asked for this whole time, she still responded very rudely. I guess she was having a bad day that day idk, because she was dropping things a few times that day and was running late as well. However, it was still very rude to treat a customer like that over something that is very obviously an error on her part. I think she said something like, "maybe I'm not the one who can do this shape for you", which she could've told me months ago when I first came in. And I was showing her pictures to show her my eyebrows looked better before compared to now, and she was in denial. Like if you know you were doing something completely different than what the customer asked you, and the customer is saying "I'm not seeing the shape I asked for", for her to be so dismissive and rude about it makes no sense. Anyways, it just sucks I was wasting my money this entire time and driving 40 minutes to and from every appointment, as she was trying to make my eyebrows more arched instead of less arched lol.

When I arrived, she told me that my appointment was scheduled for the next day at 1:30. Even though there was a mix up, she was still able to accommodate my appointment which I appreciated. The staff was very nice, and it was a very quiet place. Fiona did my nails and she did amazing. She really paid attention to detail and shaped my nails perfectly. I got a new acrylic set with french tips. The tips came out perfectly even. The prices were standard, but the service was great. They have a cash discount for over $50 where you get $2 off as well. For the cost, my eyebrows came out okay. Unfortunately, there were several downsides. The shop was quite hot despite having ceiling fans running, and I received a small cut on my upper eyelid during the threading. I also felt the service became rushed when another customer arrived. The procedure was more painful than other threading experiences I've had, and I was required to keep my head tilted back at an uncomfortable angle with no real neck support. When I stood up afterward, I became extremely dizzy and actually staggered a bit. What disappointed me most was that there seemed to be little concern for how I was feeling, as the focus appeared to be more on completing the transaction than checking on my well-being. Overall, you get what you pay for. The prices are inexpensive and the results were acceptable, but I've had much better eyebrow threading experiences elsewhere. 3 stars.

The lady who did my nails was super nice and helped me pick out a matching color for my nails. The pedicure was also very relaxing and the perfect way to end a long work day.
