Also, don't accidentally go into the nail salon next door. I did that on my first visit and it was super embarrassing.

I apologize for not knowing names! The front desk woman was clearly very sick when I came into the store but was still there being trained. Not sure why the business would risk clients getting sick. Lastly, I am not sure if the owner is a woman with short hair who brings her daughter to the shop, but she is very rude. For those reasons, I will not be returning.

Booking online was simple and when we arrived Christie was ready for us! She is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. I found out that this location is one of the few corporate locations which means it is not part of the franchise. I had noticed that it is a lot more beautiful than the other franchise locations including the decor and the special lighting. That's in the rooms. it definitely feels more luxurious than the other locations I booked the laser package for full legs for $1800 and was absolutely blown away by the new technology that they had purchased. I knew that EWC was going to invest in the most new and highest advanced technology available for laser. It uses a nitro system, which felt like there was cold puffs of water being sprayed onto my legs, it was for the most part painless. I can't wait to see the results of these sessions, and I also want to continue working in for my full arms and under arms.

I found out that during the eyelash process, the second lady came up to my face with no mask on (this was in April when mandates were still in place). I was fairly satisfied with my eyelashes and decided to come back to give them a second chance. When I called to make an appointment, the same lady said she is available at 9 or at 12, but she wanted to take lunch at 12. So I said sure I'll come at 9. She told me twice to make sure I am showing up because she is coming in early for me. At 8:30 (30 min before the appointment), she texts me saying she completely forgot. She then called me and told me to come at 1 PM. I came by and she clearly just started someone else and told me it'll be about 30 minutes. They never reached out to me to reschedule or try to make this right. This place is anything but professional.
