Recently purchased frames off the store's website that goes by the name of Luxury Readers. Took several weeks to receive my order. Only received updates if I reached out. Finally received my frames, damaged box, damaged case, and damaged frames. Terribly expensive loss. I immediately reached out to Blink and sent photos. I received a phone call back the next morning presumably from the owner or manager accusing me of performing a bait and switch Specifically was told that I was trying to exchange used frames for new ones. No real proof, just a lot of accusation. My attempt at returning it resulted in the owner wanting me to jump through several hoops and not following his own policy. Every obstruction that could be setup, was setup. I called Lunor and they fixed the issue without hesitation. If you want to be talked down to, be accused of outlandish lies, and don't want at least average customer service, then I would highly encourage you to purchase from this establishment. read more

Bought a pair of Anne & Valentin frames online from Blink. Website said frames could be returned in 10 days which I did . That was September 28, 2025. Today, October 31, 2025, I still have not gotten a refund although Blink acknowledged they received the return. They are holding my $477.00 and who knows how many other online customer's money. I was looking for some frames (to be honest, I'm always looking for frames) and my fiancée found some that she really liked from my favorite company, ic! Berlin. I searched high and low for these guys but they weren't available on the current catalogue and it looked like only sketchy sites had them. Blink had them listed at a good price so I pulled the trigger. Turns out they were able to hunt down the frame from ic! them selves then expedite the shipping to me! Awesome service #1! Then, as luck would have it, the frames broke. These things happen, so I reached out to them again to see if I could order another set or parts, whichever could keep lenses in front of my eyes. The selection of frames is outstanding, they always have the latest styles, and are excellent in guiding you towards the frame(s) that will look the best on your face. Hubby is also very picky, and he is thrilled with his selections and the service. Prices are reasonable, but this is definitely a high end store with the frames to prove it. Recommended a relative stop by to see if a repair could be done...she was in Lake Forest and not near home...and found them incredibly dismissive and rude, not bothering to even look at the damaged frame. Clearly, new customers and a small repair is not high priority with them, but graciousness never goes out of style. read more

I am going on my 3rd set of glasses with progressive lens from Blink and have always had a great experience. Found out that, surprisingly, not all progressive lens are created equal and the staff took time to educate me on this info. They are defintely pricey and I can't compare experience with other places such as Warby Parker, but I can say this - I wear glasses 15 hours a day and the investment is necessary.
