My appointment was for 1 pm with Rosa and at 1:10pm I asked front desk how much longer do I have to wait for service. Another 5 minutes passed by making it now 1:15 pm I left. I will give my money to people who want my business. If I was late to my service I would either have to receive services for the remainder of time of have to reschedule. So it is not fair nor professional to do to your clients.
