It was my first visit here. Parking is OK but could be a problem on a busy day. I was greeted with smiles and hellos from everyone. I checked in at the receptionist kiosk where i will now be able to earn rewards with every visit. The shop was mostly empty, only 2 other customers while i was there. Very clean. They offered me bottled water. Helen did my manicure at the same time that Anne did my pedicure. This is a wonderfully efficient move. I didn't have much length left to work with, but i was there for a polished look for a daytime event this week. I chose Shellac for both so I could mess them up on my way home, which always happens to me with regular polish I selected the Signature Pedi that includes a 10-minute massage and hot towel wrap. Anne was great with detailing and provided a light but relaxing massage. They had Lisa do my nail design; she has a steady, light touch. Total $115 plus tip $45 signature pedi $20 shellac upgrade $35 mani $5 shellac removal $10 nail design It has been a while since I've been to get a mani/pedi. This time wasn't always 100% relaxing. The buffing and cleaning can sometimes feel a bit rough (hence the -1 star), but I will definitely go back. read more

I came in with my mother, she requested a simple refill and pedi, While I had a soak off with full set acrylic and pedi. They told us the prices would be 35 for the pedi's and 45 for the refill. Thats when we did the pedi's and the guy who did mine was super rough until I asked him to be gentle then he had a weird attitude with me the rest of the time and made me super uncomfortable. It took them 40 minutes to find someone to bring me the alcohol dish for the soak off and then after that the guy that was supposed to do my hands just walked off and started doing someone else. So I waited another 30 minutes and decided to just ask the lady doing my mother's nails for her clippers since they couldn't be bothered to at least communicate with me. They couldnt color match for my mom and did a random clear over it making her nails look crazy so I went to check out and they added a bunch of random charges to the tab claiming that its part of the service. Since when do places charge for "cutting the nails down" Is that not supposed to be a basic part of the service I'm already paying 45$ for? If you're advertising a certain price and halfway through the client adds something that is extra, you should at least be letting them know about the price change if thats the case. The whole experience was bad and felt like a huge waste of money for the actual service provided. This place is a scam, don't waste your time. read more

Lets start with the positive. We were seated quickly...no wait. The pedicure guy gave a great leg massage as well. Unfortunately, They were too busy talking to focus on doing my nails properly for my manicure. The pedicure person did my toes well (but im guessing it's because they finally stop talking.) Also did not listen when I asked them to stop doing certain things (i.e. clip my cuticles, buff down my nails too thin). Also, did not paint my nails smoothly or completely so i will likely have to re do my nails within the week. I would not recommend and will not recommend. read more

I have come here for over 3 years. The past year the service has gone down hill. Appointments are not honored and the receptionists are rude. Today is the 2nd time I have been here with an appointment and waited over 30 minutes. When I asked how long the receptionist said she said 10 minutes however she went from one station to the next. This is a great place for mani-pedis! First, the place is sparkling clean. You are required to wash your hands before getting any service. as I was getting my nails done, other employees were spraying surfaces touched by clients. At the manicure stations there are plastic shields between the stylists and the clients. Nice to keep the dust from flying everywhere as well as to protect both stylist and client from sharing germs. The salon is large and stations were spaced apart so that you can maintain social distancing. Second, the employees were very friendly and professional. Their customer service is excellent. Third, the quality of their mani-pedis was amazing. I bought the dipping powder manicure and the collagen pedi. The pedicure was amazing. Foot and leg massage, hot stones, and the paraffin wax on my feet had me melting in my chair! The prices are comparative to other salons. read more
