Update:: I had posted the below review but after a week of having my nails all of them cracked product was very cheap same thing happened to my coworker who also went here for nails. Salon looks so pretty and very organized but for me paying $110 dollars wasn't worth for only 1 week. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. Went here today for the first time, I called before I got there to check on the wait time. They helped me right away once I got there. My pedicure and nails are perfect my nail technician was Ivon. I showed him a pic of the shape I wanted and he understood perfectly and did the perfect nails. I love them will highly recommend. I got my pedicure done by Amy and it was great loved the massage and how polite she was. Thank you! read more

Went there on July 10, 2024. It was my 3rd day without power from Hurricane Beryl and I saw they had power. Thought I would treat myself with some AC and Mani/Pedi. Reminder: I was a first time visitor. Picked out a color for my pedicure.(Which was gel, which cost $20 more for them to just put on instead of standard polish. That will forever be stupid to me...you have to finish the pedicure with a polish anyway. So pedicure is now $50 instead of $30. Cool. I digress.) Showed a picture to the guy about how I waned my nails. Super simple. The guy who performed my pedicure was AMAZING! The guy was working on my full set...not so much. Reminder, I showed the picture of what I wanted. Once we sat down for him to finish my nails. He goes "What color do you want for your nails". I'm like I don't want color. I showed him the picture again. He was like "You should of asked for nude powder." My response, "No, you should do your job better. I showed you what I wanted before I sat down." Ya'll this man then added nude gel polish to my nails to attempt to create the look. Making my nails thick as hell. At this point I'm pissed I go to check out. I get up to pay. The tech who did my nails, rings me up for $70. Tries taking my payment, but their credit card machine isn't working. So he then brings someone else over to try and ring me up. This person is like "it's $120". I was like how did we go from this to that. Pedicure $50 (understood), full set $45(understood), that's $95. How did we get to $120? Oh the designs on your nails. And I literally threw my hands up like "Do you see my thick as nails and how horrible they are....you want me to pay $70 for this???" Like are you serious. He tries calling his "boss" to get permission for a discount. No one answers. Card machine is still down. He still wants me to pay $120, and now he wanted me to Zelle it to his personal Zelle, not the business one listed on the sign. At this point I just want to go home. I pay via Zelle. And leave with this shit. Ya'll I paid for THHHHIIIIISSSSS!!! ***Oh I forgot to mention they DIDN'T even trim my cuticles. We like to come during the late afternoon on Saturdays when it is less crowded. We also make a reservation for our preferred nail technicians. However if they aren't available, we've found the other techs do a great job still. They consistently offer us beverages every time we visit and they staff is always friendly. Most of all the inside is always clean. read more

I used to love this place. For some reason everything I asked for today, I was told he couldn't do. I just wanted something simple, elegant and round in shape. I was told over and over that my nails were too short for round, and every color I picked didn't exist even tho it was on the display mannequin hands. My nails are a half inch, which is adequate for a short, cute round shape. I'm sad cause I'll never go there again and they were "old faithful" for about a year. read more

I really, REALLY wanted to like this place. I went out of my way to come her a few weeks ago to give my nails some overdue TLC, but at last, disappointment appeared on my nails in less than a week later. This was probably the most I've spent on nails too. I just knew the high price tag would result in guaranteed satisfaction, but less than a week later, my shellac nails had visible streaks on them...like the paint rubbed off. I don't work in a field that utilizes chemicals or anything of that natural...I was shocked to see it. I just KNEW it was a mistake...my imagination...it wasn't. Of course O would have went back to get them fixed or redone, but that next weekend, I had a family emergency and it just wasnt a priority in comparison. I don't live down the street from the place and work an hour away from the area, so after work wouldnt have worked either. Two weeks later, I'm ready to take this shoddy paintjob off my nails. This place would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been for the faded glory of my nail job for extended time. People were nice. Took their time helping me figure out what I wanted and have the prices outlined in detail for their services...but I need my nails to last longer than a week for the money I spent. I was there for 3 hours with this woman another' male worker went through six sets of nails with different customers during these 3 hours I didn't get what I asked for I told her mid nail it wasn't what I wanted and I showed her a picture again and she said no she was gonna do what we decided in the beginning she burned me truth the thing they use to shave down nails trying to shave down the inside where she messed up and just left it like that there very cheap nails I only had them for less than a week and 2 came off already and one cracked I spent $80 and when I was writing the tip this woman was hovering over me inches from my face almost made me not leave a tip I also asked for French tip and there all un even overall shitty job I will never come here again don't do it read more

Racist she only asked a white women that was sitting right next to me did she need a pedicure the lady said no. Then didn't even look my way to ask if I was ready for my pedicure one of her coworkers had to wave her down to greet me about the pedicure I came in for and had an attitude when I told her to correct my French tip toes to my liking. I've been here twice, and I enjoyed both experiences! The staff is friendly and the ambience is relaxing. Definitely recommend taking your partner for couple pedicures. I believe Nancy and Sonny are who attended me and both of them are AMAZING! The price is fair if you ask me especially since they give complementary beverages. My service was amazing! Found this place through Yelp and decided to try. Nancy did my pedicure and manicure and she was very thorough and neat. They have disposable bags with the items they use for the pedicure, which I'm glad because I was concerned about cleanliness. The only knock I have on the establishment was that I feel I wasn't properly greeted when I came in. I'm not a regular and it just didn't feel very welcoming at first. This place I absolutely amazing. I will never go anywhere else. I drive from Clear Lake (45 min) just to get my nails and pedicure here! My nail tech Justin is the best I have ever had in Houston. And Amy gives wonderful pedicures. I love that she does t rush the grooming or massage. The shop is clean and beautiful. They even have little pedi chairs for kids. Nancy was very patient and knowledgeable about Nails. I told her I didn't like a design she did she took it off with no complaints. Hanna was very gentle on my feet and that massage was a 10. I rarely leave low star reviews but I was very disappointed in the service. I sat there for 25 minutes with no information on when I would be serviced. When I finally asked "how much longer is it going to be?" I was simply moved to another chair then had to wait another 10 minutes. After the tech filed down 1 nail she asked me to move AGAIN to another guys desk. On top of this I still wanted to give them a try until the guy insisted that I shouldn't do overlay. I have been doing overlays with no problems with my normal tech at another location. Unfortunately he is always busy because he's soooo good! Anyway, When the guy didn't get his way he charged a high fee of $70 which is a bit unacceptable for your average nail shop! At this point I finally reached my boiling point and left immediately. Definitely won't be coming back but I gave 2 stars only because the wax lady did an excellent job during a previous visit. read more

Honestly had high hopes for coming here for the first time. I thought I gave them a clear understanding of what I wanted and as the service began things were fine. I'm getting a mani and pedi, almost done with the pedi and she files the toe nail but gives me a cut with file on my toe. The nails, showed the owner or front people what I wanted as well as the guy who did my nails. He tells me off the bat that I shouldn't get all 10 nails with gems because it was gonna be pricey (what if I had the money for it ) I wanted gem tips. So we agreed to do one nail as a gem tip and getting to that part he says sorry I'm not good at gems. I noticed as he tried to dip my nail with gems knowing that some would be upside down. Why put someone who isn't familiar with a style to do if everyone knew what I wanted. I was nearly in tears giving up on the experience. He eventually just put gems around the tip but was nothing close to what I really wanted. Just wasn't what I expected. read more

The guy who did my soak off decided to use the electric file on my nail bed for the entire cleanup, including cuticles. it left my actual nail very thin. Amy really knows how to pamper a lady. I went in to Crystal's for a mani/pedi and left with a new attitude. First experience was the plethora of options available for powder and shellac services. I like to treat my feet to shellac since it lasts longer. Fortunately, I had already decided prior to my arrival the color I wanted. Had I not, I would still be standing there now trying to decide. Needless to say, the options are endless. Second experience was the service itself. Armed with mixed drinks and wine the relaxation begins soon after settling into your massage chair. I opted for the pedicure that included hot stones and Amy did not disappoint. She put a lot of time and care into my spa experience and I tipped her graciously as a result. Finally, I decided I would have a basic manicure performed to detox my nails from powder. I was nervous because I ALWAYS seem to cause an imperfection when I get regular pedicures, however, thanks to the state of the art fans Crystal's uses to dry their customers phalanges, clutzs such as myself can fret no more!
