I had miki z as my lash artist. I have practically no lashes, they are naturally super thin and sparse. Miki got them to be sooo full. The fullest I have ever seen my lashes! And usually when I get my lashes done I will have one or two fall out by second or third day. All the lashes stayed on! By maybe the 5th day one fan came out. I got my lashes done before my trip to Cabo for my birthday. It lasted throughout swimming and snorkeling. I think I'm on my 4th week now and since I got them done, I think I maybe lost about 5-6 fans but they are still surprisingly extremely full still! She did my full set in about 1 hour! Maybe 1.5 hour! She was quick and efficient! I definitly will be a returning customer. read more

I wouldn't come here again. I've been coming for here for a while and I have not been pleased with the last few visits. Firstly, they always rush and overbook. I was taken 30 minutes after my initial appointment time, which is extremely unprofessional. Secondly, they do not listen to my requests, the card that have you fill out is completely bogus because they just throw the lashes on however THEY want to. I had to have Sasha fix my lashes twice and she still didn't get them right. They tried to charge me $119 for a $40 job. She claimed to have given me a discount, but I still walked out of there paying $80 for a very thin row of lashes. I should have paid no more than $40; they're awful. Thirdly, the sanitation here has definitely gone down. I noticed that they do not wash their hands after each client. When women go out to get pampered, they want nice clean establishments. If you're particular, then do yourself a favor and avoid this place! It's just not worth it. This place just lost 2 customers. My sister will not be going back either. read more

Lashes fall out on the next day I came on Tuesday afternoon for a set of mink lashes natural style with my friend. I don't wear make up and so I don't use any eye make up remover. I did what the lady said to avoid water for 12 hrs. After 18 hrs I washed my face and 4-5 lashes came off. The lashes kept coming off. The photo shown is on day 4. Most of the lashes are gone on the left eye and the right eye is very uneven. What did she do wrong on me? I never expected to get a fill within a week. This is only on day 4. The other times that I did my lashes elsewhere it took about 1.5-2 weeks to shed. This is unacceptable beauty work. I gave them 1 star becos they gave me a $10 discount as a first time customer. But next time I won't come here. I do not recommend it. read more

It was disappointing to come back here to get lashes done after I got amazing results the last time (which was with Ramona-- she's amazing). Today I got another lady and it's not the greatest experience. Strike 1: She was chatting with another technician in cantonese while working on lashes and they probably didn't know I know Cantonese. They were talking about how smelly a customer was. It made me feel uneasy that they chose to talk behind a client's back like that. She guessed that the smell was either some food eaten, or it was weed. I was appalled by their lack of professionalism. I don't care if no one understands what you say. If you are at work, I expect you to show some respect. For any human. Strike 2: I want basic lashes done and within 3 minutes I was pressured into buying the more premium lashes made out of mink. She said my lashes were so thin. It wouldn't look good with the basic ones. Well that made me feel bad. There are 2 other customers in the room and that's a way of making me feel not pretty. I told her I really liked the basic ones the last time I was there and I would stick with it. Strike 3: The basic lashes service was $55, which was what I expected to pay. Handed $100. Got some change and I was ready to walk out. But my technician pressured me into giving her a tip by saying "oh but the tip is not included yet." I felt bad about the whole situation, cuz well I thought $55 means $55 but it could be my ignorance. Who knows? I tip servers, massage therapists and Uber drivers. Lashes too? I just felt terrible. And didn't want her to talk behind my back. So I tipped on top of that. Now bringing the total to more than I anticipated. Strike 4: I just checked my lashes at home and it's barely 2 hours after and I didn't touch my eyes. Noticed the ends of my eyes had no extension. Sigh. I don't really like it. I like this place for the service and price as compare to others in this area. I've been here almost 6 month now. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that this time things were very loud and chaotic. The technician was plain simple and I think she is good with her skill, but she kept talking loud with co workers ( I don't know what she is talking as I'm not Chinese) quite a while. This is the very reason I quit going to other places in this area. When you are on the bed, closing your eyes tight without seeing anything and do not understand what they are talking about, especially it is loud and for quite sometime, it becomes very annoying. I understand that you get text and replying to your clients etc...but, I do not appreciate the noise level going more than half of my time of service is too much. I will try next time here again, but if it continues, I will look elsewhere. read more

Coming here was the first time ever getting my lashes done. The girl who did my lashes really didn't do a terrible job. Its just not what I asked for. Originally, I asked for a hybrid set because i didn't want all the lashes to be the same length, to which she said the russian volume set would be better to achieve the look i wanted. She then recommended a D-curl lash & I quickly learned that the lashes in the photo were NOT D-curl lashes. I also figured out that I should've just gone with a classic set because it would've been the same cheap material they used for the russian volume set. My lashes look just as shiny and fake as If i were to had gone to the store and picked up some $3 lashes. Pretty disappointed, to say the least. not worth the money. read more

I do however take breaks between fills (my preference) and I always look forward to having them done. Appointment making is fairly easy by phone and they usually take appointments about a week out so I can always get a slot. You can also prepay a package and get a discount, check with the rep on pricing! Their selection is pretty expansive with various types, lengths, and curl. I've gotten eyelash extensions from many different places over the years in search of finding the place that can do them the way I like them. From the San Fernando valley to San Gabriel, BeautyPlus was finally the place that did my lashes exactly as I've always wanted and at insanely reasonable prices. The best I've ever seen actually. I've been coming here for the last 3-4 months. I get the full set of the silk lashes and they are amazing. In the past, I've always gotten the classic lashes but could always feel them on and how plastic-y they were. But because this place is so affordable, I get the silk lashes and they are weightless. Their location is easy to find and there is a ton of parking if you park in the covered parking garage under the business. I highly recommend Sasha or Kiki. They do a great job!! read more

If I could give a negative score I would, I have never been more upset in my life. I came here with my sister to get eyelash extensions, a lady named Queenie or Kiki worked on my eyelashes, Both my sister and I said that we want our eyelashes not to look super natural obviously that's why we are getting them done, and I said I just wanted them to look nice, with the lashes a little longer on the edge of the eye. I've gotten my lashes done many times before but it was my first time at this location. When she finished her job and handed me the mirror to look at my eyelashes I literally conflicted of whether to burst into tears or yell out of rage. I look like Drag Queen, I look so ridiculous I'm embarrassed to show my face in public I'm literally about to take this off once I'm home. I had to ask her to take some out because of how ridiculous I look. She took some out and I still looked like a joke so I said forget it I'll just go home and take it off myself. My eyelashes has NO SHAPE, and I look LIKE A CLOWN! I'm SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE EVER FOR YOUR LASHES! How does someone not have the common sense to think "maybe I shouldn't make her look horrible?" Everywhere else I've gone for my lashes, the people have been honest with me and they have told me "hey if you choose this length or if you choose this style it is not gonna look good on you", but obviously this lady did not have the common sense or common courtesy to do that. I feel...oh so fancy!!! ;) Thanks to my Yelper friend Rebecca H. who recommended Beauty Plus. I came in to get my lashes done for the second time in my life. My first time was a complete disaster and I ended up going to a place that ended up gluing my own eyelashes together. I was pretty traumatized and vowed never to get my lashes done again. Although, I decided I needed to treat myself and after hearing all the great reviews from my friend I decided to give it second shot and I'm glad I did! The girl I went to was very precise and friendly. She talked me through the process and how to take care of my lashes after I got them done. They also give you mascara brushes to take home to keep them maintained. Although the one thing i didn't like was that the lashes looked way too long on me. I wasn't notified of the different lengths available and didn't get an opportunity to chose which length I liked. But the second time I went back to get my refill i requested Queenie and she did a marvelous job. I explained that I wanted my lashes to look more natural and not as dramatic as the first time. She chose size 11 lashes for me and managed to trim the overgrown lashes so it looked completely natural. She was meticulous and very professional, even more so than the first girl I went to. Prices vary depending on whether or not you are an old customer. Apparently they give discounts for old clients and charge $45-$50 for new set of lashes, $98 for mink lashes, $25-$29 for refills. Tip* It also helps tremendously if you go with someone who can speak Mandarin. There is definitely a language barrier if you can't speak Mandarin because they might not understand certain requests. read more
