I had such a good experience here, I had to leave a review. Mia did my lashes and she absolutely nailed it. She really took the time to look at my eye shape and customized the set so it actually fit my face instead of just doing a one-style-fits-all look. You can tell she cares about her work. She was super gentle the whole time, checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and didn't rush anything. My lashes came out so fluffy, full, and honestly just gorgeous without looking heavy or overdone. I've gotten so many compliments already. If you're thinking about booking, ask for Mia. She knows what she's doing and will have you leaving feeling like a whole different person.

I'm honestly so upset about this experience. I drove over an HOUR for a refill just to be treated like this. Annie was incredibly rude from the start. No greeting, no acknowledgment--she just told me to lay down. When I tried to explain the style I wanted, she told me to "just show a picture" while scrolling on her phone the entire time. She stayed on her phone while I was literally talking to her. I asked about pricing multiple times and she straight up ignored me until I had to say "hello?" and she just said "wait." Like... what? It gets worse. She started working on me without washing her hands, which is honestly disgusting, and was super aggressive the whole time. I had to stop her to ask AGAIN about the price before continuing, and she tried to charge me more than what the owner originally quoted. The second I told her to call the owner, suddenly the price dropped? That's shady and completely unprofessional. The entire experience felt disrespectful, unhygienic, and honestly sketchy. I cannot believe I wasted my time driving this far for this level of service. read more

Retention has been good, I ended up crying a few hours after getting them done (not supposed to get them wet) & they've held on really well despite this. Lindsey was soooo calm & kind with me (even though I have sensitive/ watery eyes) and she was incredibly meticulous with making sure the eyes were even. Made me feel very pretty & welcome! I was initially a little bit worried about having a reaction (other reviews), but I didn't have a problem. They were not itchy, red, or uncomfortable. Maybe it just different for everyone, not sure but this was my experience so far as ! I've been coming for a couple fills and I've had a good experience so far! I almost fall asleep every time :9 The glue definitely burns right after they're done but I honestly feel like it's because I have very watery eyes and some of the glue runs into my eye socket. (It usually goes away in about 20-30 mins.) And they do give you a mini fan to dry the glue too! As for how they look? I never fail to get a compliment or a comment like "they really suit your features!" So far my favs have been mia and Annie! read more

Mia did such an amazing work! I got an anime-style lash set and I really love how it turned out. It adds a soft, wispy definition while still giving a bit of drama. My eyes look more open, but it doesn't feel heavy or overdone. The spikes are clean and well-placed, and overall it still looks lightweight. My haircut also included a deep conditioning, which she used Kenra Reconstructive Mask and it made my hair so soft and detangled! She uses quality products and also uses a heat protectant before she blow-dried! Customer Service: Melissa is soOoO nice and relatable. Even though it was our first appt, I felt super comfortable with her! :) She's also a cosmo/barber instructor at American Beauty College so it was cool to know that she shares her knowledge with students!
