She was hesitant to trim the ends, which is something that I always have done by my original eyebrow lady. My eyebrows were uneven as one was arched and the other was curved so I had to tell her to trim the ends or take off more above the arch. She had to go back in several times and each time she failed to do what I asked her. My eyebrows were 3 weeks grown out and I could literally see my shape yet she failed to see it. I left unsatisfied and tried to clean them up with tweezers afterwards.
