What you get is sweet, tangy, rich, and savory tastes in every bite. I know this is gross to some, but that nice bit of crunch from the cartilage off the rib is the icing on the cake! They did not have the pulled pork on the buffet despite the website claiming otherwise. So, two roasted chicken and one meatloaf plates with assorted veggies, two desserts, and an additional ten minutes and I was on my way. The chicken, simply, wasn't cooked to completion and had to be put in the oven at home to prevent bacterial experimentation, home edition. The veggies were without awe or seasoning. My meatloaf was "okay." The two desserts were "not okay" and tasted more of dough than treat. There are far better meat & three's in Nashville and I wish this one was better. Atop the sauce was a gouda/mozzarella blend that perfectly suited the sauce. Honestly, the pizza would have been good just like that. I love that you can preorder it by texting them and it'll be freshly made and ready when you get there. I had a pesto pizza in the past I loved, but for this day, they didn't have it and recommended the four cheese pizza and they would drizzle pesto for me on top. So light and good!! Eat it fresh! Their menu changes depending on the fresh ingredients they have. This is probably one of my favorite pizza in Nashville!!
