Okay so this is well overdue but I've been super busy since. I celebrated my birthday here (birthday 7/4, celebration was 7/3) and myself and my group had an AMAZING time! From the time I first reached out to Bliss inquiring about sections pricing etc they were in it! (I was up at 230am sending emails and they responded promptly). I had originally set up to have a section of about 6-10 people and they obliged with all information necessary and kept checking in to see if I needed anything else? About a week before I was set to have my party I realized more people were coming than originally I inquired about an additional section and again they obliged. And then upon getting the additional section my party was still so big and management again went above and beyond accommodating us with a larger section for my guests!! The night of the party we were able to go in set up our section and place the cakes and goodies in the back until ready to enjoy them. Our hostess was amazing so sweet funny and partied right along with us. She went above and beyond for all of us with a smile on her face the whole time! She even enjoyed dancing shots and cake with us. I was so amazed at the customer service and hospitality of the whole staff that I will forever be a patron of their establishment. Even my group were like man I wish I found this spot for my birthday! The place is kinda small, me and a couple of girlfriends went for a night of drinks we dressed up real cute, not many people there. I would of had a better night if the DJ was nicer he would only play one song I requested which was disappointing i asked him several times he promised he would play it and never did. Really nice vibe! Drinks we reasonably priced. They have food dj hooka and dance floor. The best part of this lounge was the very Ventilated smokers room. Very well thought out! Decor was a on point. I went here for a girls night. We really enjoyed this spot. Which we found on yelp. Thanks to my yelpers we made great memories here. The owner was cooler than a fan. DJ played all the hits. I've been to Bliss a few times every time has been fun. It's good to have a nice lounge that plays hip-hop music when we don't feel like driving into the city to party. They serve the normal "bar food" and Mediterranean food. The lounge is actually very nice it has private rooms you can book for parties and plenty of couches setup all inside. Sometimes they have belly dancers and they also have hookah. I don't smoke hookah so I cant say how there's is. As far as food goes it was decent we had lemon peppers wings & hummus I was drunk so I can't remember anything else lol. I do know I ordered a gin tonic and it wasn't good. Luckily I had 10 other drinks before that so I was already good lol. Prices for food and drink are standard nothing different from any other lounges. I think they close at 2am and they take credit cards. Oh by the way crowd of course is mostly Alpharetta/Johns creek if you know what that means lol. But seriously its just a laid back cool place and crowd where you can definitely have fun and not have to worry about getting a DUI driving all the way from city back home. read more

Nah, after the way they treated my brother, his gf and their friends, I will NEVER come here. First off, myself and my bf was supposed to be joining them this evening, only for my brother's gf to call me up telling me how they GAVE THEIR RESERVATION AWAY! Furious, I'm asking how and why. She tells me they told her because all of her party wasn't present. Mind you, a good 6 out of the 10 people that was supposed to be there were already in their section. The BEST hookah lounge in Gwinnett County! The owner is awesome and the waitresses are hot. The service is on point, too. They have every hookah flavor/combo you could imagine. The smooth pulls from their hookahs made me buy one from them, lol. The food is really good, especially their wings. Their DJ's play the best music... from hip-hop, r&b, old school, reggae, etc. The furnishings are high-end, very classy. I love the great music and vibe that Bliss has. It's great to come with a groupie on a date. I celebrated my birthday last year here with my friends, but often come with hubby for date nights. Drinks are great and hookah are fun addition. Last week we were taken care of by Mike the bar MGR. His bar staff was great, Air was lovely and professional. Came to Bliss for a graduation party for a friend. As we made our way to the bar I have to admit I complained the entire way. Where are we and why is it so far, but I take it back after the night we had. My friend got a section for her and her friend closest to the bar. So we had a nice view of the entire Hookah lounge. After I greeted everyone I went to the bar and ordered a Mojito. As I waited I talked and passed around the hookah with friends. * Beverage: Mojito ($11.00) So I've been on a Mojito kick since I left Miami a couple of years back. So I always order Mojito a with the intentions of comparing them. So I must let all readers know that this was a pretty good drink. The mint to lime to liquor ratio was on point. After drinking I had a slight buzz. *Entree: Chicken tenders with a side of sweet chili sauce ($9.00) When you are in a bar chicken tenders isn't an immediate choice. Unless you are me. So I was the person that went for it. And I'm glad I did. These chicken tenders were amazing. They were house battered and delicious. I shared the plate with my significant other and this was a mistake. We were not able control ourselves because this plate was gone in less than 5 minutes. *Side: Fries ($5.00) The fries were also house made and just as delicious. Again a mistake was made because midway through the plate I went to the restroom and when I came back... the plate was empty. I literally desired these fries all night and what made it worse. That nothing and no other food at that moment would have lived up to these fries. Overall this bar deserves an A. The waitress was sweet, the drinks were good, the fries and chicken tenders were amazing, and the DJ/atmosphere was great for a Saturday night. Loved the ambiance, drink menu options and the food! DJ had the place rocking with the old school hip hop which was pretty cool and took us all back. The place was very clean and followed mask mandate guidelines and distancing which I was happy to see. The hookah flavors were endless which I really appreciated and our waitress was the sweetest and most attentive. This place is in a nice strip mall setting however the parking isn't all that great. This place gets three stars strictly because the DJ was good. The service was horrible. It took like 30-40 minutes for us to get our drinks. The bartender can't keep up. All they're worried about is who's standing at the bar, the waitress suffer because of this. It felt like there were only two waitress and they couldn't keep Up. We had a party of nine and we literally were only able to get two drinks in a three hour time frame. We will never go back until they hire more bartenders, or a experienced one. read more

Visited Bliss this past Friday for a friend's going away party. It was awesome as usual. The hookah was on point and every drink was perfect! They treated us so well although it was very busy! I spilled a drink and another waitress came to clean it up and make sure we were OK. They've updated the inside although it was nice before. Now it's nicer. We enjoy ourselves every time we go to Bliss. My girlfriend kept repeating that she wishes she had come before and now she's moving out of town. She said every time she comes back to the ATL she is visiting Bliss and she doesn't even smoke hookah! We really do appreciate the excellent treatment we received on a very busy night. Server's name was Keyona and is solely responsible for one of the worst service experiences my friends and I have ever had. A group sitting in the next section got a little rowdy with their dancing and one of them fell over and knocked over 2 full size hookahs and all our over. The hot coal flew all over our bodies and a friend of mine got substantial sized burns on her thigh. We got nothing but attitude from our server and when the group responsible offered to pay for the cost of the hookah and drinks we declined but they insisted. Keyona received payment from this group and confirmed we only had to pay for a water we ordered after the mishap - only to come back after the group leaves and says she never received payment and charged us 250$ for everything. What she didn't know was I had exchanged numbers with someone in the group and called to confirm if what she claimed was correct the very next day and he was nice enough to share a copy of the receipt. I live in TN so I don't have time to go back to Alpharetta GA but thanks for the experience and the encouragement to put out my first review ever read more

This was my first hookah experience and it was amazing. The atmosphere was very relaxed and laid back. Im sure my friends and I were a little loud lol. The music is full of top hits. This place has the best staff ever. Our waitress Dawn was completely amazing. She never missed a beat. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. AND THE FOOD!!! OMG THE FOOD! If you go try the bacon chicken wrap and the cheese dip. I couldnt even get a picture of it because I couldn't stop eating. The drinks were good and the prices are reasonable. Hopefully I get the chance to return and they get the chance to make up for the first impression. Our waitress was awesome!! When we went it was her first week working, but you wouldn't have known that if she didn't tell you. We had questions about recommendations of hookah flavors and she was very knowledgeable. For some reason the chef decided to not show up, so we were beyond limited on what to choose from on the menu. Then there was a situation where they attempted to charge us(group of 4) $1 each for cups of water. Another server brought us bottled water and said it was "easier" for her to bring us bottled water, when we just asked for the normal complimentary glass of water as we were doing hookah and eating snacks here. Then she went to the back, poured the bottled water in the cups and said we would STILL be charged $1...huh? No way. Luckily our original waitress cleared this up and we didn't pay for water. It was still weird nonetheless. I guess we came at an odd time because there was no music and not many other patrons. I did enjoy the decor and ambience was really nice!!! The waitress we had did a great job. In fact the staff was very responsive as a whole. I can't talk about the drinks and hookah because I don't smoke or drink. This place is pretty cool. It's in a plaza with a huge parking lot. Came here on a weekday, so it wasn't so busy. The staff were really nice, and made sure to check if everything was going well. Ordered a hookah, "Blue mist with mint," and it wasn't bad. They make sure to change out your coal almost every 30min - no charge. They said it gets really packed on weekends, so check it out for yourself if you're in the area. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. I can't say anything about the food since I didn't order any, but the menu has good options in case you were hungry while smoking hookah. Good to know that there is a place with good hookah in the Duluth area. Will come back! read more
