However, this recent experience just shows why this business deserves such high ratings. After the car wash, I parked to clean the inside of my car and I accidentally vacuumed an earring. Jen went above and beyond to help me look for them. Unfortunately, I was not able to find them after looking through the vacuum bins. She took my information down and told me she'd give me a call back if she found them. The following day, she gave me a call back around 11AM-12 PM notifying me she had found my earring. I was super relieved, considering these were a gift from my family member and hold sentimental value to me. I picked them up later that day and was assisted by another helpful employee. I will be a regular at this car wash as I've never experienced above and beyond customer service in a very long time. I writing this review to give thanks to Jen and the H2GO team !

He wished me a happy birthday with a genuine smile and completely brightened my day. These cars don't know how to queue...like are they incompetent? Two cars in front didn't want to pull forward, so the cars behind were blocking the exit for quite some time. They're lucky no one was honking or stuck trying to pass through. Saturday night is kind of busy, but I'm surprised the employee standing here didn't say anything to those cars. Anyway, I found a decent deal closer to me that includes free vacuum and compressed air. So, thankful I never have to wait in line for a car wash, and that I'll never get stuck trying to exit since the gas station entrance is only one way. He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. The man who checked my car in kept insisting that per his boss my BMW was "too low" to go through the tunnel and told me I had to pay $40 for a hand wash. Ummm... there was literally a BMW 3 Series JUST LIKE MINE right before me that went through the tunnel! Make it make sense. I even told them I've been a loyal customer for years, and they still insisted. At this point, it really felt like they just saw an opportunity to charge me more. And honestly, it's not the $40--it's the principle. I absolutely HATE feeling like a business is taking advantage of customers to make a quick buck. If the policy is truly about certain cars being "too low," then why was the BMW right in front of me allowed through? After years of being a customer, this is how you lose one.
