Used to really like this car wash. Now frankly... eff this car wash! Not only have they raised their prices by 33% just over night but they took away any of the benefits that used to come with purchasing a higher level wash. You no longer get 50% off your next wash when you purchase the platinum wash or a free wash within 3 days when you purchase the gold wash and somehow rationalized that they can charge you $6 more for LESS benefit. They also don't give you the $2 discount you used to get with a fast food receipt. Their price change can only be explained by one thing. They're trying to force their customers into buying the monthly car wash subscription which only increases and stabilizes their income. They know most people need to wash their car at least 2-3 times a month so now basically if you go more than once in a month it would be dumb not to get the subscription. But I refuse. I will be going to the car wash at the Fuel Up gas station that just opened up nearby who's most expensive wash is $12 and also comes with free vacuums. read more

Don't know what's going on at this car wash, but apparently they have new rules. (No Roof racks). I have been coming here since they opened and I have 3 cars on my account I pay for the most expensive car wash for all three. All of a sudden I only get part of the wash. The top of my car does not get dried. I asked the worker and he said the owner is not allowing roof racks. Let's make this perfectly clear. My wife's Subaru has a stock roof rack, my 2026 4 Runner has a stock roof rack. So if you have a stock roof rack don't come to this wash. Also in the last 2 weeks June 26, the water really smells when your going through the wash. I'm taking my business to another location at the end of the month since I already paid for a June. read more

I was in the area and needed my car washed. I decided to try this place because they have good reviews on Yelp. First of all, there was only one person working and I waited awhile to pay for my car wash. The other lane was for people who have a pass and they continued to go through while I sat waiting. The poor girl working there was guiding cars in and working the non-pass lane. She was very nice when she finally got to me. I went through the car wash and realized there were no drying towels. So I drove to my sister's house (5 min away) and grabbed a towel to wipe down my car. That's when I realized that the hood of my car was still dirty, bird poop still there. Then I went to dry the roof. It was almost as if water never touched it. It was dry and still dirty. I guess you get what you pay for and for $10, I could have done this at home. read more

Very clean place, friendly staff and not bad for the value. $20 for premium wash that comes with wipes and an air refresher with free vacuum is a plus. The One thing I would like for them to change is the time spent in the wash is a little longer. It felt very short like I was being rushed out. Their unlimited washes are an amazing value. Machines do a great job getting the car sparkly and clean. We have a lot of vehicles and take each here at least 2X a week to keep them looking amazing. read more

This carwash in Valley View, the area is clean. For the value of the money (bronze) is worth it. I like that before your car get inside the wash, they guy soak or wet your car 1st, and the water that spray your car use lots of water so it's good. But my only issue is during the drying area, the cloths that supposedly dry the body (top and sides) of your car touch the car, but it doesn't. Only spinning not touching, where it supposed to help to dry while the air is blowing to get rid of the access water, so that spinning cloth is not doing its job. And my car is a Rav4. So I hope the management could fix it, so our car can get dry properly read more

I came here for a quick wash for my Rav4. I paid for the top wash. when I pulled out to dry my car I noticed my hood all dirty. I went over and explained this and was told that the reason behind the car not being cleaned on top was because I had racks on the top. This has never happened at my other car wash place. My car hood was dirty! That's not even the top. I explained that I would like a refund or bare minimum credit, so that if racks are an issue I'll bring my sedan. To get my moneys worth. This used to be a great place to get your car washed. Now (August 2024) it has gone downhill. The brushes no longer touch most of your car, the arms they are attached to don't seem to work well. The drying cloths at the end barely touch the sides of your car, the one overhead doesn't lower at all. Might go back if they get it fixed. Otherwise your car only gets sprayed with soap, rinsed, then blow dried, doesn't always come clean. read more

I needed to wash my car and I needed something quick. This was the nearest car wash near me at that time. Paid for the $9.99 option and after I got my car wash, my car was still dirty. This is a power wash with no brush rubbing on your car to get a decent wash. Pretty disappointed and learned something new today, not to come to a car wash that is only doing a power wash type of car wash. Lesson learned. read more

The wash could be better but it will do. First, do something about the sensor when the car is pulling up. Sometimes the right side is long so I go to the left side and the sensor will not pick up. I had to move up and down to align but it doesn't even open. The employee has to enter me in manually for the gate to open. If this continues I'll just go somewhere else. Paying for the membership and the sensor will not pick up my membership sticker. read more

During the grand opening week, bronze car washes are free & you can upgrade to silver, gold, or platinum. I opted for platinum since I wanted to see how their wax executed. From shifting into neutral, being sprayed, rolled, waxed & lovingly rolled out of the exit...it felt like a 5 star experience. The vacuums are powerful & there's a suggested 5 min limit. I was able to get all wrappers, crumbs & evidence of the kids living in my car in lightning speed. Once we got home, my 8 year old stepped out & took a 360 around the car. "The sides look good but why did they forget to wash the front & back?" Good question. The hood, back & top of the car in the back looked like it was not touched at all. Bummer. For the convenience, I might come here in a pinch since it's close to home. If I'm driving back from work, Cruizers in Anaheim is still my go to. $5 and I've never had a partially washed car. read more

I passed by this location while visiting my patient and decided to stop in for a quick wash. I really like the large lot and large wash tunnel. My regular location in Fullerton is smaller and always so crowded. Sufficient vacuum stations that sort of wrap around a couple sides of the building which is nice. Little interaction with the staff but the floor and grounds are usually nice and clean. Will be back! read more
