This place is hit or miss. If you get the detail package, they're pretty good. But if you get the basic package they're pretty bad...so I was debating on which package to get AND if the guy was friendly enough I probably would have paid extra for the detail that included the clay wax cuz my car really needs it, but he wasn't so I didn't. So after my car was done I noticed that there was still dust on the dashboard and still water spots on the driver side door....how does a person miss these things???? My husband said maybe the water spots needed to be buffed out....i respond no because I was able to wipe it off with my finger....This place is close to both my home and work....but I don't know if I'll come back. read more

Don't go here. This is the second of this type of car wash to let me down. I'm a local and I've never been here usually wash my car myself, but wanted to see if this place was good. It is not. Got the 25$ gold wash and when I get home I realize where my doors close it's all wet . I understand water where they can't get it like the grille or mirrors, but in the doors, trunk, and gas tank that's the most common sense to dry. They should consider using an air compressor to get water out of hard to reach places. Who should have to redry their car after going to a car wash where they are supposed to handle it? I see why it has low stars. And the mirrors have streak in them. What kind of cheap towels and cheap window cleaner are they using? Only reason they get a 2 star was because of the fact that the car was clean and the stuff they have in the building while you are waiting. Never coming back again. If you want something done right you have to do it yourself and places like this remind me why I should just wash it myself. read more

I have been coming to this place for years. The service has always been great. Over the last year I have noticed that this place is trying to make it harder and harder to tip the staff. Every time I ask for cash back they act like I'm asking them to cut off a limb. Now they have installed an ATM machine that you have to use if you don't have any cash on you. You pay for your wash at the counter with your ATM or credit card. Then you turn around and go to the ATM machine and withdraw your money and the machine charges you $3.75. Then you go back to the counter so they can change your $20 bill to the change you want. Wtf!! read more

Do not take your car here. I brought my car into have a complete detail and spent a ridiculous amount of money. When I picked it up there were water spots around the bottom of the car, the rims still had dirt on them, windows looked like a kid cleaned them, and the console was still covered in dirt. Probably the most unprofessional and worst quality of service even for an independent car wash. The owner only cares to scam his customers while he chain smokes in the parking lot. The pictures attached are a representation of what he considers to be a quality detail service including wax for $200 Didn't even have the decency to wipe or let alone vacuum the interior. After bringing this to his attention he decided to yell and bark that I was wrong and then offer me $40 off of my $200 "detail". Only one star because at least the outside of the car was decently clean! I paid for a detail over $100 because of family and their dog being in my car. Normally I do the drive thru and clean the inside my self but wanted a detail clean since there was a lot of dog fur... I do a better job! inside didn't even look like they tried vacuuming. You know what? Despite any of the negative reviews this place has, a hand wash still beats those automated washes every time. I have personally not had any bad experiences here. They got all the tree sap and bird crap off of my vehicle and made it look good again. You will never get that with any automated car wash. There should be more hand car washes around, but the quest for more money by automation, speed, and volume, forces us to accept yet another low quality standard of service. Going to stop coming here Open nearly 10 mins late Quality seems to be going down It wasn't busy and yet somehow my car had water spots all over the roof, my rims were still dirty that I tried to wipe down at home, and still found wet spots and dust inside my car. My car wasn't in the sun, it wasn't hot, and there was no wind, and it was not busy. My car was here less than 25 mins if that and though I appreciate the efficiency, the impact was less desired. I've been coming here for years and it is always great service. If they missed something by accident they will fix it right away, but I've only had them miss some sand twice. My kids live at the beach and this car wash is the only place who can get all of the sand out. They keep my car looking brand new. As soon I arrived, the person in charge was quick to attend to me and proceeded to service my car. The prices are reasonable, and the workers do a quality job as they take their time and pay attention to detail. There's an outside and inside customer waiting area. There's plenty of tables and chairs inside, and there's also a wide selection of refreshments and snacks. It was ok. I got a full detail, and did receive $20 off for a total of $280 before tip (yelp coupon). I waited about 1.5 hrs. They had two people working on it the entire time. The exterior looks really nice. they shampooed the floor and it looks great They didn't wipe down the cup holders and some of the spokes were not scrubbed. I happen to see this car wash while driving along Valley view and had a big sign of $16.99 for car wash so I drove in. Turns out the price is only good on weekdays. They were done with the wash and to my disappointment they did not vacuum the interior very well. Also, they did wipe the car dry very well and water was still dripping by the side mirrors so it left those white spots by the time I got home. Poor service for the price you pay. Not bad for a basic car wash. I expected better but I paid for inside and out but the outside was barely cleaned. I noticed spots still all over the interior, stains and debris that could have been easily wiped away was left untouched. Terrible service paid 110 dollars for a wash and wax . When they finished they agreed to give me a call. That never happened . 4 hours later I called no answer. So I went there seen my Tahoe sitting there full of dust . I complained so the guy brought a towel started dusting off dry so created several swirl marks on my paint . This place is a rip off. My wife took her car to get waxed/detailed and they quoted her $80 for wash and detail or $150 to also do the inside carpet/shampoo. Her car is dairy new so she did the $80 external detail and inside vacuuming.... Just looked it over and there's still tree droppings on it, smudge marks... I took a rag myself and rub those areas with a damp rag and they start to come off. This place does really bad work. Don't waste your money or time.
