I strongly regret bringing my new car to this wash. Brand new car, 3 weeks old, impecable paint job until bringing it here. Came out with micro scratches all over the metallic paint and don't even get me started on the overuse of tire shine... took me days to get it off from how much splattered on the sides of the car. I don't mind leaving positive reviews if they ask but please be considerate enough to actually give good service. First I want to say this review reflects the company as a whole. I would give 5 stars to Shane an employee at Bliss. He is a hard worker and really puts in his all. It's been twice that I have gone and Shane is manning the car wash alone. Bliss should be paying him twice the hourly wage for doing a two-three person job. He is great!! The company on the other hand made a business model that is great but with the inability to maintain it staffed and still charging the same: if you are going to create a business that isn't self service and are suppose to have people have people there. Pay people better!! I had a monthly membership and when I first started both sides of my car were cleaned. Front,back and top. Now I am lucky to get one side cleaned or the windshield. Their service has really decreased in quality very quickly. My husband went and paid for the $19.00 car wash. His car was still dirty and the wheels weren't shinny which is what he paid for. He called Bliss and they explained that the tire sprayer isn't working and are having it fixed. They are having people pay for services that they do not have available. That is NOT okay. Literally illegal to charge for services not rendered. We asked for a refund which was declined. I hope this review can be used to fix these issues and pay Shane the income he deserves. read more

Says they open at 8am. We waited 1 hr and 20 min for them to open... we checked everywhere for the hours of operation and they were all the same 8am - 6pm for vineyard location. Hours were updated 2 months ago. Closest location is 18 miles away.. very inconvenient read more

I purchased a car wash at the pump using my debit card. When I was done pumping the gas the receipt didn't print. I had to go inside to get the receipt so that I could use the code to get the car wash that I had paid for. After getting the receipt reprinted, I went back to my car to drive to the car wash. When I got to the car wash the entrance was coned off. So, I had to repark my car go back inside and request a refund for the car wash. This is when the visit turned sour. I was told by the cashier that they couldn't refund the $16 I had paid for the car wash because "it's a different company". Even though I was charged at the 76 company pump the car wash was is a different company!! She then proceeded to call her "manager" who apparently told her that she couldn't refund my money either. She then said that she would go out and speak to the car wash attendant to try to get my refund. She came out of the car wash with a man that had a wad of cash in his hand so I stupidly figured I would be getting my refund. He pulled $10 out of the wad and tried to give it to me. When I told him that I had paid $16 for the car wash he said, "he didn't have that much cash"! I then inquired about the huge stack of bills that he had stuffed back in his pocket before he came up to me and he said "no, that's my money"! I was then told to contact customer service. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have stayed and demanded a refund, but I could see it wasn't going to do any good. I've always trusted 76 stations and have had good customer service at Bliss car washes before, but I don't think I will return to one again. read more

If I could give zero I would. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BRING A TRUCK OR SUV THROUGH. I have a normal sized pickup truck and had to back up pull forward etc multiple times to make the sharp turn into this car wash and the man running it tells me wow you have a big truck. When I've seen bigger trucks before. Spent 20 dollars wheels weren't cleaned, windows not clean, not a good exterior wash. And they also left these bad marks on the side of my truck ruining the paint. I would not recommend going. read more

If you have a truck DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH, it's very narrow, you will have a hard time going in. Do not sign up for their memberships, because they'll charge you more later and will not refund you, even if u don't use their car wash center. They will NOT refund you. Also, if you cancel the first membership. They'll make you sign up with a new number and send your contract to that other number so that you never read that they are going to charge you more later. (When signing up they do not show you the contract). They'll fake your signature BEWARE! read more
